Providing of commissioning of significant construction objects in Moscow: - control over the preparation of folders “Compliance” and “Occupancy permit”; - solution of problematic issues on connection of construction objects to urban utilities; - coordination of work of subcontractors, including the preparation of executive documents; - solution of problematic issues on registration of land relations and urban planning documentation; - inspection of construction objects. Ensuring the implementation of urban development projects. - preparation of Road maps to ensure the implementation of urban development projects (construction of administrative, special and residential objects of Federal agencies, the elimination of "long-term construction objects", the program "200 churches", etc.); - coordination of interaction of municipal and Federal agencies on issues of their implementaion; - preparation of presentation materials for meetings of the Moscow Government; - reporting to the city management on current issues.

Responsibilities: -Calculations of scope of work on painting, finishing, sealing; -Determination of the required amount of materials; -Preparation of reports on the consumption of basic materials in construction (form M 29), material reports (form M 19), documents to the Audit Department (form KC-2).

Responsibilities: - analysis of companies’ cash flows and calculation of synergetic effect of a merger/takeover; - projects’ NPV calculation; - participation in inspection of construction objects by the Technical customer service.
