Implementation and support of BIM technologies in Russia and the CIS countries: - Training to work with Archicad, Navisworks, BIMCollab BCF Manager, Solibri, Twinmotion; - Assistance in the deployment of the Common Data Environment (CDE); - Participation in creating and maintenance of BIM standards of companies (BIM Manual, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Model Information Requirements (EIR); - Coordination of BIM models; - Creation of Architecture and Interior BIM models. 2. Creation of online training courses for working in BIM applications.

After several years of work, a decision was made to isolate the BIM department in the company structure. I initiated its creation and headed this department. I had 2 BIM-managers under direct supervision (Revit & Archicad), as well as several project BIM-specialists. Standardization: - Developing BIM standards and design rules for different project sections. - Creation and support for the company's file network structure and CDE (Common Data Environment) for projects (with IT department). - Development of rules for interaction with clients and contractors, together with Project Managers and Engineers. - Creation and description visual scheme of company structure.
