- Organization and management of the 4 companies financial activity ( 2 mining companies, logistics company, sea port company) - Development and control over the application of management, tax and accounting policies of the group of companies - Managing the company’s finance service, including branches (12 specialists) - Development of the organization structure of the holding taking into account the Russian and foreing assets of the holding - Preparing the annual consolidated budget of the companies group detailed for each company - Budget implementation control - Calculation of the optimal production plan, determination of the methodology of produst costing, price setting of the product, works, services - Tax planning and optimization (VAT refund of more than RUR 150 million, property tax refund of more than RUR 2,5 million based on the amendments to the accounting standards); - Management accounting (both in Russian and in English) based on the internal standards of the Australian company) - Bookkeeping and accounting statements preparing, IFRS transformation, audit passing 4Bg - Company’s net assets management in order to reduce the risk of the insolvency of the company, to improve the investment attractiveness of the company for external investors (the mother company is a public company listed in Australian stock exchange) - Structuring and financial conditions analysis of business transaction (negotiating financial conditions of contracts with customers, suppliers and contractors); - Participation in IPO, investments effectiveness analysis regarding the group of companies projects, preparing the bankable feasibility study (business planning, investments projecting, forecast reporting about cash-flow and project budgets, NPV, IRR and payback period calculating, etc - Elaborating the internal rules and regulations for the companies (Accounting policy, Business trips policy, Employment fee policy, Purchase and assets management policy etc.) - Interaction with banks, tax depertmens, auditors and others
