Responsibilities: Projects management / key account functions / activity - as interface, coordination and control stage between big foreign European / American industry manufacturers (LINDE, TECHNIP FMC, KNM, TOYO, SHELL, SCHLUMBERGER, JOHN DEERE, SIEMENS, ENEL, ABB, SGS etc.) and various Russian partners (Gaspromneft, TAIF, OGK, Uralelektrostroi, Diteco etc. and different state organs (FTS, FSTEC etc.)) in order to assure that all processes and documentation required by customs and export control authorities for the customs clearance of equipment and components are duly delivered, complete and correct / to contact European and American manufacturers and state institutions / to monitor situations with customs clearing procedures / to contact Russian authorities and partners / to simplify and optimize customs and logistics processes. All types of Russian customs Classification Resolutions preparation and supporting Results: regular Overseas and European vessel-truck-railway shipments, long and short business trips to Rome, Munich, Madrid, Genoa, Montreal, Rotterdam, Basel, Milan; value of the delivered goods, machines, components etc. from Europe and America to Russia is more than 1 bln. rubles per each Project; initiatives in solving the problems during clearance and with receiving various permissive documentation / development and putting into operation of new IT programs and tools / optimization. Responsibilities: to implement the Project tasks and to initiate new ideas, to establish and co-ordinate contacts with authorized representatives and bodies of European Union and Russia (BAFA of Germany - FSTEC of Russia), with industrial – scientific – educational – foreign-trade companies and organizations Results: Successful solution of the multiple international Project tasks – working out the idea of “Practical Guidance on Export Control” as a new one (fourth volume) of special Reference Guidebook and composing the material of this volume (about 500 pages); translation of EU Regulation on export control into Russian language; technical and economic feasibility study of introducing automation and electronic licensing at FSTEC of Russia (Federal Service of Technical and Export Control); organization and providing tenders; preparation of Seminars

Responsibilities: preparation of legal, technological and technical documentation for opening and operating the customs ware-house at container terminal with rail and auto ways Results: construction of the territory and the building of the customs ware-house was started and successfully finished, necessary equipment was installed, customs control zone was opened, customs clearing was started 1) Legal part: preparation of the necessary documentation (processes technique, processes regulations, processes messages, job descriptions); obtaining necessary documents and permissions (certificates, sanitary permits, licenses and etc.), preparation of the standard templates of the contract/agreement with consumers and official bodies, defining the cost price and the list of services and price list, preparation of terminal advertising and making positive image of the company 2) Technological part: defining the demands of Russian customs legislation, correspondence and exchange of letters, coordination and harmonization, translations, direct communication with executives from the South Korea, coordination with state / controlling authorities at different levels (customs - Central administration, local customs, customs post; OAO “RZD” - Central administration, local rail line, local rail department and etc.), acquaintance with the work of similar structures, visits and contacts, experience exchange, defining and matching the necessary IT software, programs, IT demands; search and selection of personnel 3) Technical part: control of the construction process from the point of demands matching (defining limits, zones size; planning; objects placing; infrastructure), necessary equipment (defining the list of equipment, coordination, search, tender, contracts, purchase, control, certificates, shipment, placing and installing)

Responsibilities: provided customs clearance of all import and export deliveries (technological and manufacturing equipment, auto components and parts, etc.); coordinated the work with Customs Service and its authorities; worked out instructions and rules for the Company’s employees; prepared and edited Company’s contracts from the point of view of customs legislation; determined the goods codes according to Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System Results: introducing independent customs declaring and accompanying of customs declarations in customs, customs clearing of the controlled auto-aviation-postal-rail shipments of goods (equipment, components, details, parts, products and etc.), use of different customs regimes (import, export, processing, customs warehouse, elimination and etc.) and implementation of various customs procedures (internal customs transit, temporary storage, declaring, preliminary and partial declaring, preliminary informing); increase of import and export volumes, optimization of customs procedures and processes as well as turnover increase made the Company one of the biggest payer of the customs payments in the region

Prepared and implemented export-import operations on delivering technological equipment and goods; governed the work on products certification and activity licensing

Organized the products delivery from Germany, Turkey, Israel and USA; provided international patenting of high technology inventions; governed the work of translation department; prepared and carried out the negotiations with foreign delegations

Responsibilities: worked on verification, examination, inspection and control of declared and non-declared goods and luggage, export/import declarations Results: organization of customs control of external economic activity, contraband discovery, revealed smuggling loads and goods (non-ferrous metals, medicine and jewelry)
