U$80 million; • Plant capacity: gas 2,050 mmscf/d treatment and oil 200,000 b/d throughput. • Number of subordinates: 100 within Sakhalin Energy and 300 of Contractor. • Management of the onshore processing facility (OPF): 2 trains by 1,025 MM scfd gas conditioning and condensate stabilization; oil capacity 200,000 bbld; 100 MW power station, offshore multiphase pipelines operations, flow assurance and hydrate inhibition; • Management of the booster station BS-2, 300 km away from OPF; • Management of the central pipelines control room operations; coordination of integrated production system operations, consisting of 3 offshore platforms, Onshore Processing Facility, Pipelines, Gas booster station, LNG plant and Oil Export Terminal. Managing all services provided to OPF and BS-2 in order to attain and maintain safe operation, plant integrity and reliability of oil and gas supply. HSES: • responsible for development of OPF and BS-2 HSE Plans, HSE Case and surrounding Pipeline Emergency Plans; • comply with the Company policy and procedures in respect of labour health and safety, sustainable development, preservation of natural and cultural diversity, polite behaviour in the workplace, Statement of General Business Principles and Code of Ethics; • managing the labour safety and living conditions of the OPF and BS-2 staff; • report of the mandatory environmental data required by the RF legislation; • comply with Sakhalin Energy road safety requirements; • comply with Sakhalin Energy Procedures for Contractors HSES Management; and • lead the ERT (Emergency Response Team) activities. The employee’s specific function will be appointed to him/her and can be changed during the year at any time, as and when seen required to serve business purposes of the Company. Participation in all appointed ERT duties including training, if and when required. Description of ERT duties needs to be taken in the widest sense and not limited to fire fighting, oil spill response, casualty recovery and search and rescue operations. Operations: • manage OPF and BS-2 Operation, Maintenance and Support Departments to achieve: - safe operation; - high degree of the operating reliability; - effective management of assets; - ensuring OPF and BS-2 personnel are properly trained; - operational procedures are in place and followed; - required internal and regulatory records are accurately maintained; - technical and safeguarding integrity of the facilities are not compromised by lack of maintenance, changes and other types of technical modifications; - availability and correct record keeping of spares; • participate in continuous improvement programmes in the search for operations excellence; • meet the succession needs of the organisation by establishing succession plans and recruit and develop skilled staff; • optimise and manage the OPF Lifecycle OPEX model, preparation and manage the OPF Opex and Capex budgets; and • act as a mentor.

Managing all services provided to OPF in order to attain and maintain safe operation, plant integrity and reliability of oil and gas supply. • Operations coordination of the onshore processing facility: 2 trains by 1,025 MM scfd gas conditioning and condensate stabilization; oil capacity 200,000 bbld; 100 MW power station, offshore multiphase pipelines operations, flow assurance and hydrate inhibition; central pipelines control room operations; coordination of integrated production system operations, consisting of 3 offshore platforms, Onshore Processing Facility, Pipelines, Gas booster station, LNG plant and Oil Export Terminal. • Planning, execution and approval of operations and maintenance activities on the plant. • Coordination of major and minor shutdown campaigns. • Roll out and implementation of the Operational Excellence initiatives. • Continuous improvement of operations performance to ensure achievement of low cost/high reliability targets. • Responsible for the development of the ongoing OPF Lifecycle OPEX model. • Develop operating procedures and instructions. • Sponsor role in Management of Change system on the plant. • Site Controller role in the permit-to-work system. • Coordinator of the OPF emergency response team. • Personnel management – approx. 30 direct subordinates. • Coaching and mentoring of staff.

Process engineering and commissioning support for Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) and Pipelines. • Supervision and coordination of dynamic commissioning and start up activities at onshore gas plant (gas dew point and condensate stabilization). Commissioning Test Procedures preparation. • Development and implementation of Alarm Management system across all Sakhalin Energy assets. • Prepared and delivered process training packages for the operators and shift supervisors at offshore oil platform and onshore gas plant. • During normal operation, provided daily process support on the OPF trains and other facilities, which covers unit/equipment performance monitoring and testing, process optimization, plant changes, development studies, audits, etc. • Production chemistry strategy determination and implementation from the reservoir of the offshore platform (Lunskoye) through to the OPF process facilities. • Assessed and reported process performance of the plant. Initiated proposals for increased process efficiency and production. Contributed to debottlenecking studies and projects.

Daily Operations Support provided for offshore platforms. • Participated in commissioning of the Oil and Gas Processing modules in Abu-Dhabi (Site Acceptance Tests), Offshore Produced Water Facilities commissioning. • Project Support for Artificial Lift, Water Supply Wells Workover and Produced Water projects. • H2S and Water Injection task force facilitation. • In 2006-2007, contributed to Water Supply Wells Workover Project and Improvement Plan with 80% increase in water injection (more than $150K per day) with 200% uptime increase. • Coordinated Management of Change Process. Asset Representative for Technical Queries. • Site inspections and audits. • HEMP studies for offshore assets. Contribution and actions close out for HAZOP, IPF (Molikpaq Artificial Lift & Produced Water), HAZID (Lunskoye POB), and MTI Cause & Effects Review. • Troubleshooting support. Delivered consistently high quality Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) on time to identified customers. • Integration and rationalization of functional activity plans provided by different departments to maximize production and minimize deferment. • Created a 2 year, 90 day and a 14-day plan for the Assets, ensuring that resources are levelled and available to execute the activities in the plan. • Contributed to the implementation of new Hydrocarbon accounting system - Energy Components. • Custody transfer metering study was conducted to resolve contradictions in the Production Sharing Agreement. • Development of the offshore travel procedure. Supervised safety and production aspects of the distillation unit, with up to 10 personnel per shift. • Initiator of the debottlenecking project – replacement of the heat exchangers to allow for energy and economic savings, was awarded the 1st place on the LUKOIL Technical Conference. • Conducted maintenance shutdown campaign (static equipment inspections, replacement of the heat exchangers, instruments upgrade from pneumatic to electronic). • Coordinated Start Up of the Unit in 2004. • Compiled information for the Declaration of the Industrial Safety for the CDU (analogue of the Quantitative Risk Assessment).
