I’ve joined JCB dealer – private company LONMADI – to lead the start-up project of its second branch in the city of Saint-Petersburg, North-West region of Russia. My job responsibilities were: - to find the right place and to organize from ground the new branch facilities for the 2nd JCB dealership in the city, including sales office, warehouse and workshop; - to find the right staff for the branch and to build the TEAM; - to start-up business operations in Q3 2017; - operative management of the branch on daily base; - to achieve volume targets for machine sales and JCB market share target on quarterly base; - to achieve revenue targets for parts and service income; - full responsibility for the P&L and net income result of the branch; - business development - to enlarge customer base, to improve territory coverage, to enter the new customer segments with parts and service portfolio. Achievements for 3 years: - START UP : In period of 8 months I’ve found the right place for the branch, organized signing of the rental contact and reconstruction. Brand new, fancy looking facilities were raised from scratch and grand opening ceremony took place in October 2017. - PEOPLE: In 2017 I’ve finished recruitment process with the result of 11 newcomers who joined my team at the moment of Start Up. At the moment of 2020 total number of branch employees was 26. I did the recruiting and training on regular base, as there were on regular base open vacancies both for machine sales and parts/service salesmen. Service team consists of mechanics, engineers and warehouse staff. - BUSINESS results: 2017 - 17 JCB machines sold, positive cash flow in parts and service, customer base of “warm” customers formed and relations restored. 2018 – 50 JCB machines sold, profitable year performance and full return on investments in branch start up for shareholder. 2019 – 70 JCB machines sold, double growth in revenue and profitability, increase of sales per person (#7 branch among 26 branches) 2020 - start up of USED Sales department in NW and Volga regions. - Business achievements of my branch were highly appreciated by the LONMADI owner, as well as JCB Russia head office; - Having strong background in rental industry, I’ve raised LONMADI visibility in construction equipment rental market with my personal promotion of JCB brand as a partner for rental companies.

My role was to support all developmental aspects of the Caterpillar Dealer Rental & Used business and to be the primary rental contact and expert for Caterpillar and Dealer organizations in Eurasia (Russia + CIS + Mongolia). Based in Moscow. My job responsibilities included: • Ensure achievement of Eurasia business plan for rental & used deliveries, profitability and fleet growth. • Assist in Rental business model development and implementation. • Audit dealer rental & used operations, develop and execute improvement plans. • Coordinate and facilitate new location start up. • Organize, structure and lead Rental training programs (Business planning, management, sales, operations, financial, etc.) • Interact with Caterpillar product groups regarding application knowledge including both Caterpillar and Non-CAT (Including Allied). Achievements: - After the orientation programme of first 3 months I performed the rental market study for Far East region and found the opportunities for start up of rental business. My responsibilities consisted of 3 main issues: 1. Business development, including - responsibility for internal communications between departments, combining of sales teams into one structure - during the period of integration in 2013; - activities for starting Fortrent’s operations in South branch (Rostov-on-Don) and Volga branch (Nigny Novgorod), developing of Ural branch (Ekaterinburg); - developing of network chain in Central and North-west regions; 2. Marketing and communications, including: - re-branding; - PR-promotion of new brand; - communications to the market regarding benefit of rental services; - business intelligence role, which supports and coordinates sales departments by providing them all the income data of potential customers, projects, sales leads; - pricing. 3. Cross-regional managing of Key Accounts, including: - coordination of regional Sales teams activities with national customers. Achievements: 1. Completed reorganization of 2 Sales departments (former competitors) into one Sales Team. Implementation of new organizational structure in Sales and Marketing, new motivation system, harmonization of business procedures and customer service. 2. Full re-branding was completed in period of 1 year. New web site was launched and SEO promotion organized. 3. Total renewal of Sales team in Moscow - successful hiring, training and motivation of new team. 3. New project in Rostov-on-Don with KA, as a result starting of regional operations there.
