1. Developed and launched warehouse management system (WMS) from scratch
Customer from China. Ninestar corporation http://www.ninestarimage.com/
As the result, the WMS system was launched on production at one of the customer’s warehouses located in the Netherlands. NineStar corporation is a global manufacturer and distributor of printer accessories. The system was launched in a warehouse that distributes products in Western Europe.
The system allows to automate the basic business-processes in the warehouse with mobile devices (terminals) and using thermal transfer printers.
Applied technological stack: MS Azure cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes cluster, microservice architecture based on .Net Core platform, React JS.
Within the project scope was launched CI/CD process from scratch with daily delivery on production.
Number of users: 20+ people. Project team: up to 20 people. Project volume: ~20 000 man/hours.
2. IT infrastructure migration from Oracle DB to PostgreSQL

As the result:
• Refactored legacy code and completed migration of all system components

3. Online Return process for the customers

1. Development of a system for intra-city logistics from scratch

As the result: developed and launched the MVP of the product. This version allowed to separate processes of the intra-city logistics business-unit into a separate service (including mobile app for the drivers). This tool was based on internal mathematical algorithms that helped to optimize and dispatching processes led by logistics managers both manually and automatically..
Number of users: 150+ people. Project team: up to 30 people. Project volume: ~40 000 man/hours.
2. Insurance process automation based on Blockchain technology

As the result: developed and launched the new functionality in existing corporate systems, which allowed to automate insurance process (in partnership with external company) using Blockchain technology.
Number of users: 50+ people. Project team: up to 10 people. Project volume: ~4 000 man/hours.
3. System for asset management of a company

As the result: developed and launched the new system based on 1C:Enterprise platform as a backend. On top of that the new mobile app was created from scratch for mobile out-of-office workers. The product allows to run both financial management and accounting of the corporate assets.
