I'm leading one of the development team which work on big product for American market in B2B sphere https://www.signnow.com/. The main development department located in Kyiv, the whole project developed by ten different teams. As a Project manager i'm working with Product owner, Delivery manager, other PMs and CEO. My team includes 14 people (frontend-developers and QAs). My responsibilities: • Planning and delivery releases with quality control (from concept to production) • A/B testing of the deliverables results • Support projects (devops, communication with support-team, work with incidents from customers) • Stakeholders expectations management, communications management among all participants of the project • Team backlog management • Development and validation requirements and specifications with Product Owner • Release management within the common product release workflow • Internal team processes management and external processes in scope of cross-team deliveries During current period in a company I have successfully released several releases and launched more than a dozen of A/B-experiments on new features. Projects completed as a Project Manager: 1. Developed and launched warehouse management system (WMS) from scratch Customer from China. Ninestar corporation http://www.ninestarimage.com/ As the result, the WMS system was launched on production at one of the customer’s warehouses located in the Netherlands. NineStar corporation is a global manufacturer and distributor of printer accessories. The system was launched in a warehouse that distributes products in Western Europe. The system allows to automate the basic business-processes in the warehouse with mobile devices (terminals) and using thermal transfer printers. Applied technological stack: MS Azure cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes cluster, microservice architecture based on .Net Core platform, React JS. Within the project scope was launched CI/CD process from scratch with daily delivery on production. Number of users: 20+ people. Project team: up to 20 people. Project volume: ~20 000 man/hours. 2. IT infrastructure migration from Oracle DB to PostgreSQL Customer from Germany. PEARL GmbH: www.pearl.de As the result: • Refactored legacy code and completed migration of all system components • Created and launched new trolley management system (warehouse center in Germany) 3. Online Return process for the customers Customer from Germany. PEARL GmbH: www.pearl.de As the result: • Built up online return process from scratch (RMA) • Launched RMA function in online-shop so the customers could manage RMA requests by themselves • Costs of customer services business unit decreased

Completed 10 projects, the most important are the following: 1. Development of a system for intra-city logistics from scratch Customer from Russia. "Delovye linii" business group www.dellin.ru/ As the result: developed and launched the MVP of the product. This version allowed to separate processes of the intra-city logistics business-unit into a separate service (including mobile app for the drivers). This tool was based on internal mathematical algorithms that helped to optimize and dispatching processes led by logistics managers both manually and automatically.. Number of users: 150+ people. Project team: up to 30 people. Project volume: ~40 000 man/hours. 2. Insurance process automation based on Blockchain technology Customer from Russia. "Delovye linii" business group www.dellin.ru/ As the result: developed and launched the new functionality in existing corporate systems, which allowed to automate insurance process (in partnership with external company) using Blockchain technology. Number of users: 50+ people. Project team: up to 10 people. Project volume: ~4 000 man/hours. 3. System for asset management of a company Customer from Russia. "Delovye linii" business group www.dellin.ru/ As the result: developed and launched the new system based on 1C:Enterprise platform as a backend. On top of that the new mobile app was created from scratch for mobile out-of-office workers. The product allows to run both financial management and accounting of the corporate assets. Number of users: 15+ people. Project team: up to 10 people. Project volume: ~4 500 man/hours.

Achievements as a head of development: • As a member of product development team created from scratch and launched the new solution of MEAP (Mobile Enterprise Application Platform) class to the market • Under my leadership, we developed and launched the new line of mobile products based on our platform, as well as accounting systems as a backend for mobile applications • Organized development process using Agile methodology in several teams • Organized and launched (with HR department) the performance review procedure for staff in development unit Achievements as a team lead: • Developed and launched backend based on "1C:Enterprise" platform for company mobile applications (in field of salesforce) with our team • Implemented the CRM-solution for sales and marketing departments with deep program customization.
