-Organization of the project localization process into supported languages. -Interaction with localization outsourcing companies, project teams and other departments of the company. -Planning the budget and deadlines of localization, as well as monitoring compliance with these deadlines and the quality of localization. -Preparation of working material for freelancers. -Cultural adaptation of texts to the characteristics and requirements of a particular country.

Provide travel support to company employees and partners, including letter of invitations, visas, air/rail way tickets. Answer and redirect incoming phone calls, record messages. Keep track of all the visitors to the office daily. Keep track of various meetings and events. Make letters, inquiries, other documents, to provide printing and photocopying documentation per Manager’s request. Tea/coffee arrangements for the business meetings. Provide administrative support.
