• Organized the process of acceptance and transfer of automated systems into production from development departments.
• Built a process for regular monitoring main indicators of automated systems. Installed in employees responsibility for the work performed. Expanded the responsibilities of support staff from issuing rights to installing releases, configuring systems and creating solutions for stability and availability in accordance with SLA.
• Provided an extended support mode for systems of interaction with government agencies and an integration bus for bank-client systems.
• Took part in meetings of Architectural Committee, Commission for Analysis of Technological Incidents and CAB.
