Working on a CEP process for all agreements, preparing work orders, communication with suppliers( the biggest companies like Schlumberger, GAS,Halliburton, TENARIS etc.), tendering, main task- new project -Joint venture Exxonmobil and Rosneft, main tasks-to develop a work plan and development regulations. Templates for procurement documents. Work for all departments in Drilling,know all the details of scope of works, cost proposals , suppliers information-for making commercial right decisions.

- Coordinate and follow up deliveries with Forwarder and Sender: book delivery date and inform Sender, place orders for transportation to Forwarder and monitor implementation. • Provide necessary documentation to Customs Representative for customs clearance process. • Coordinate refusal of delivery, resolve errors in shipping, do necessary arrangements. • Investigate complaints, including obtaining Forwarder’s documentation and confirmation. • Control receiving of shipment documents and communicate it with Sender’s export department • Goods receipt in SUN system • Keep tracking of vendors’ invoices and customs declarations and provide necessary control steps according to Import Procedure • Follow up contracts and agreements with 3d party service providers • Create in SUN system movement of damaged, obsolete and shelf life expired products to separate location (blocked stock), including preparation for disposal of these products, insure that collection is executed according to company procedures • Control and prepare verification of vendors’ invoices for payment according to accounts payable procedure and working instruction, prepare for supervisor’s approval • Report primary transportation cost and forwarders’ scorecards to Distribution Supervisor. • Support initiatives related to the distribution and supply operations & participate in any projects related to improvement of operations / customer services • Participate in LVMG/SQAS vendor assessment process • Back up for Distribution Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator , Import Export Coordinator
