Radio communications: A series of solutions based on Software Defined Trans-receiver architecture is being developed. These products features most advanced radio communication systems and features , which includes spectrum monitoring, radio navigation and location features and advanced modulation schemes for both analog and digital communication systems. All these projects are expected to get matured into commercial products within couple of years. Member of Architecture, Technology and R&D foundation (ATF) group. This is an elite group comprises roughly 200 engineers in numbers at PhD level primarily with in Nokia, known for addressing architectural challenges in Nokia designs and specifications, I was one among 20 persons placed at Wroclaw, Poland. Requirement category owner for security: I was responsible for all security related implementations for all products of NOKIA. This is a profile which reports to Portfolio manager for all products of Nokia. Under portfolio management all product programs run. Every variant and individual products are managed by portfolio management team based on categories. I was sole owner for category security - implementations for all products. Bi weekly review meetings with product managers, product owners and program managers. Architect role for the 5G systems. Contributions to various architectural documents for 5G. Being in ATF group the team addresses architectural guidance for 5G, the group has published a series of documents called reference architecture and target architecture documents which addresses reference designs and target designs for future products. Standardization and specification of 5G. This is a specification follow up and contribution activity. Attending series of meeting with internal specification group, ratifying the Nokia contributions and getting feedbacks from consortium (3GPP/5G NR). Other topics of discussion are Cloud Security, Intel TXT, KVM, HSM/TPM2.0, Security Engines, SoC for 5G, Embargo exports, Network security, DPDK, performance measurements, CPRI, Fronthaul requirements, Clock synchronization, selection of part numbers for various sections of NR, backplane, 5G architecture requirements, product portfolio follow up for various geographies, customer issues for network migration, backhaul requirements, 5G use cases and simulations, PKI infrastructure for Nokia, compliance with TCG, physical security of equipment’s, chain of trust reviews.

Working as consultant for various projects related to Industrial automation, Data centre Solutions, networking, telecommunications, embedded systems, Security, Robotics... etc. Active contributor for www.aidorobot.com. Primarily on vision systems, navigation systems and hardware controller board. Tested and build vision solutions based on OpenCV. Written Navigation framework based on WiFi. Audio processing for sound source localization. Evaluated RGB_IR based depth sensing and advanced vision tracking solutions. Reported to the Divisional Manager/VP and lead a team ,team member and independently executing projects in the areas of FPGA, security protocols/solutions for hardware and software, EDA tools etc. -Design, development and integration of the Protocols /security layer for a WiMAX base station. Project was developed as intellectual property with features like crypto acceleration in both software and hardware. -Design and development of an AES core on SPARTAN 3A FPGA as per FIPS-197 and which supports all modes as per NIST-SP800-38A specifications. -Worked on project for AES hardware accelerator, designed, developed and tested as intellectual property. Role as project lead/ project manager. -Prototyping of SoC in FPGA - TranSwitch’s Atlanta 2000 (Centillium). Worked as a contributor for converting the SoC code written for ASIC chain to FPGA, which involved fast prototyping of SoC for Xilinx Virtex family, Project involves bringing up the board, Xtensa diamond core, GMAC, RAM controller etc. -RF power measurement Tool development – Rhode and Schwartz Individual contributor for RF domain for the tool development for R&S RF power measurement solutions. Validation, testing and contributor for instrumentation layers and power view plus, Source code validation in VC++ and releasing in time. -Driver drowsiness detection system porting to Xilinx-PPC board Worked as individual contributor for study of performance figures of DDDS in power PC board. -High bandwidth video streaming on PPC python – Lattice FPGA for NIKON Worked as project contributor and lead for FPGA solution for image streaming. -CAN bus, AFDX, Profibus and Ethercat feasibility study for industrial automation and automotive domain for various projects.
