- Development of a simple, thoughtful and clear product vision - Development of the aligned product strategy for the system of smart home with corporate strategy and based on that developed product planning. - Verification of product and technical requirements. - Is responsible for a roadmap and agreed on it with top management (1 year and 3 years). - Research the market to determine user needs and the competitive environment. - Understanding the types of development (mobile, desktop, etc). - Management of the team of head and ordinary product managers (37 persons in total). - Orchestrated development, testing, marketing, sales, and support in order that a product is developed according to a product plan. - Meetings with partners to present their solutions for smart home (2-3 meetings a week). - Participated in the M&A process (we acquired a 50-person company). - Led the development of AI plug-ins for the system to improve the level of integrity. - Conducted product research with stakeholders and users. - Experience in managing a geographically dispersed team

- Improved the level of cohesion between our devices. - The resources for marketing have also been increased, so it helps us to be more visible on the market. - The number of partners has increased due to the willingness to be part of our solution. - Our product/market fit has been found successfully, so we have used this understanding to improve the product and at the same time we work with the market to get understanding of needs and wishes.

- Certification part of the ISPMA. - Over 800 persons got an ISPMA certificate and 6 training programs have been successfully released. - Participated in the decision support at the board meetings.

- Getting a new scientific project and managing it. - Hiring a team of researchers, supervising them. - Managing the project budget. - The outcome of the project was successful, as two doctoral students have defended their doctoral dissertations.

- Managing a new product. - Creation of a partner ecosystem and its extension - Development of 5 new products with partners - Interviewing with over 1250 customers in order to create a development plan using A/B testing. - In addition, the management of the product system included product budget with its reporting to a higher management. With our teams, I have had a vision and set of KPIs of the product and develop it accordingly.

- I acted as the main initiator and organizer for the first ProductCamp in Finland. - ProductCamp is user-driven collaborative event in the format of unconference for product managers and marketers. I am the person, who brought this experience to Helsinki.

- We worked in the fields of web and mobile technologies, serious games, user interface and experience design and software testing. - In addition, we did consulting in cloud and web technology related topics.

- Conducted research in the field of software product management in order to investigate the principles of overcoming its complexity and increasing efficiency. - The research revealed that lean principles and distribution of roles would be significantly helpful in overcoming the complexity.

- Participated in software development of the system for automated recognition of accurate and up to date business processes in real time using data mining and process mining approaches.

- New features development and bug fixing in embedded software (mainly, TVGuide) for IPTV. - Investigation and development of routing algorithms and network topologies for hard real-time mesh networks. - Took part in the verification project. In this project, I led a team responsible for the development of new algorithms for protocols and verification.
