Changing of current business processes, system setup, design of new extensions of system in the following areas: - availability check during sales order creation, - lot control of inventory, - credit check during sales order creation, - pricing (application of discounts during sales order creation with different rules of application), - sales order weight and size check (for transport optimization). 08.2008 – 11.2008 Project «Warehouse optimization» in petroleum refinery, Russia Internal movements’ process re-engineering – changing of current SAP solution. Changing of business processes for planning and fulfillment of internal movements between warehouses within a plant using 2-level MPR and internal requisitions. Analysis of problem areas, forming list of main issues and ways of solving of these issues within current OeBS solution. 04.2008 – 05.2008 Teaching on internal training, USA Teaching on training «Core Analyst School» (core skills for analysts in the company). 01.2008 – 02.2008 Project «Creation of Program Management Office» for transporta-tion group, Russia Building of Program Management Office: preparation of primary documents (Program Chapter and Program Master Plan) of pro-gram and development of methodology for implementation of pro-jects of the program, including preparation of project document templates which will be used on different stages of ERP (OeBS) implementation projects. 01.2007 – 12.2007 Project «OeBS implementation» in telecommunication company, Serbia Particiaption in all stages of the project (beginning from planning, end-ing with post go-lve support). 06.2005 – 06.2006 Team Lead in Logistics Department Team was responsible for procurement (purchasing and distribution among sales departments) of pharmaceutical goods for a special govermental program, named DLO. It is a special program for provision of privileged (preferential) categories of people (old people, invalids, people with serious illnesses) with pharmaceutical goods, medicines. - Managing level of inventory and service level, control of inventory turnover for goods purchased for DLO program; - Design and implementation of technology of work for DLO program including support of business process in information systems; - Design and implementation of new logistics schemes for DLO program in situation of abrupt changes of internal and external factors. 02.2002 – 06.2005 Senior Specialist (02.2004 – 06.2005), Specialist (02.2002 – 02.2004) in Logistics Department - Participation in OeBS implementation project (senior specialist of functional area «Logistics»: «Purchasing» and «Internal transfers», modules PO, iSP, INV, WMS, OM); - Optimization and automation of business processes in Logis-tics Department (creation of purchase orders, licensing, custom declaration) ; - Development of used information systems: design of technical specifications, control of their fulfillment, testing of system extensions, teaching of users; - Building of KPI reports for department.
