Business line: Industrial Merchant - Conceiving and implementing the Cryogenic Product Strategy 2030; - Creation dynamic economic models: for generating PnL, with pricing definition to investment projects; for molecular cost recalculation depending on additional site loading with impact on total GM of other projects; - Defining sales targets with deep customer-specific detailing and sophisticated consolidation using a specially designed template with macro; - Non-standard tasks with developed NPV analysis; - Managing the investment projects portfolio, identifying problematic ones and defining an action plan; - Working group creation and regularly managing the reseller’s market: pricing, product availability at AL sites, competitor intelligence, determination of the nonlinear function of influence of product price on consumption; - Participation in Strategy and Commercial validation committee with responsibility for pricing approach, increasing the AL sites loading rate and effective use of investment with acceptable financial indicators (GM, EBITDA, OIR, ROI, IRR).

Business line: Industrial Merchant - Development of On-site offer (building Air Separation Units, Pressure Swing Adsorbrion, etc) and sign long term contracts (10 to 15 years) with industrial customers for the supply of technical gases (O2, N2, H2). Average project budget - 3-5 MEuro; - Conceiving the commercial strategy of the Projects and defense at the investment committee; - Coordinating with the Industrial team to define the scope of supply and optimize cost for On-Site installations.
