Perimeter: electric systems for Renault, Nissan, Avtovaz projects Responsibilities: • Management of the suppliers sourcing process and nomination, new project launch • Negotiation of the price for purchased parts (including signature of the serial contract, RM and FX update in line with purchasing performance) • Management of modification process, packaging and logistics flow validation, support of the supply management • Monitoring the supplier production capacities, problem analyses in case of shortage Achievement: success management of the shortage due to worldwide microelectronics crisis – no stoppage of the plant; best performer of the Q12021

Responsibilities: • Management of the new project launch with suppliers (Renault Arkana and Duster phase2) • Contribution to the supplier sourcing process • Management of the modifications in line with strict planning • Vendor tooling and prototypes delivery management • Pre-production supplier audit • Provision of the benchmarks and analyses, economic efficiency of parts’ localization Achievement: successful launch of the Renault Arkana – key project for market with first industrialization in Russia and Renault Duster in line with initial planning with total saving 35 Mln Euro

Responsibilities: • Maintenance of current projects and finding new customers, negotiations on technical and managerial levels • Preparation commercial offers and tender documentation • Monitoring of accounts and contracts, maintaining transaction reports Achievement: successful performance of the sales plan with starting point only 30%; development and implementation of the standard sheet for the self-selection of heat-exchangers for customers
