FPSO/FSO Voyager/Nordic Brasilia, Baleine II Project Altera/ENI – Dry Docks World Dubai, UAE • International shipments inward, outward, GCC, overseas. • FCL, LCL, Air freight, courier shipments. • Shipment of leftover materials and equipment, spares, bulk, break bulk, OOG. • Warehouse management, 3PL warehousing. • Customs clearance, import, export, permanent/temporary, free zones, mainland. • Participated in procurement cycle and monitor material movements. Performed post order coordination with the vendors and expedited materials to ensure delivery schedule and project requirements were met. • Tracked supplier delivery information, documenting the progress daily in the Procurement Status Reports, updating the Procurement Status reports so that internal stakeholders were aware of the orders’ status. • Regular Internal Contacts with the Procurement Team, Project Construction Managers, Warehouse Managers and Logistics Coordinators for constant updates on the status of deliveries. • Expedited vendor documentation for issue to DCC and followed up on reviews/approvals of documents/drawings from discipline engineers and return to vendors. Maintained the Vendor Document Tracker expediting data for each purchase order, which was used throughout the project. • Identified potential delays against the agreed schedule, required on site dates, and reported to Expediting Supervisor and Materials Manager. • Issued shipping releases to vendor after obtaining Inspection clearances from QA/QC. • Expedited final data dossier from vendor. • Followed up with vendors regarding non-delivery, back orders and assisted accounting department to resolve problematic invoices. • Worked back-to-back with the Project Controls team and performed all related tasks as and when requested by the Expediting Supervisor and Materials Manager.

Almirante Tamandare FPSO Project Guyana One Yellowtail FPSO Project • Post-order expediting of the major Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation Packages with the overall value 80 million+ euros (Gas Dehydration, CO2 removal, Gas dewpoint and refrigeration, Water treatment, Sea Water lift pumps, Metering Skid, Communication package, HV/LV Switchgear, PMS). • Supervision and coordination of the package expediting activities within the main project offices of the company in the Netherlands, China, Malaysia, India and Brazil (Field Expediting, Resident Expediting, Desk Expediting, Documents Expediting). • Vendor Procurement Plans review, corrective action advisory. • Supervision of the field expediting activities within a 3rd party Contract. • Main interact between vendors and SBM logistics. • Kick-Off, Progress, Major Milestones Meetings.

Spare parts order management. Post-award expediting of maintenance and operations purchase orders towards achieving the 1st criticality milestone. Vendor management: documents (engineering, quality (FIP, TPQ, EOMR), CFC and As Built documents). Kick-Off and Progress meetings with vendors. Shipments: Packing Lists, Shipping Labels and Volume Checklists preparation. Materials management: working on LPR's list to identify the un-recognized shipments and formally upload it to the Client's software. Work with buyers to make sure that the PR's and the PO's placed are in line with the Requestor's specifications and are fit for purpose.

Watching over EPC Contractor’s (Saipem) procurement operations on the SRU project. Pre-award: Material Requisitions preparation and review with the Gazprom’s Engineering and Contractor’s Procurement teams. Approved Vendor’s list preparation, pre-qualification criteria and procedure set-up, follow up and compliance. Contractor’s RFQ and TBE processes review, bidders’ selection approval. Purchase Orders’ sign off and kick-off meetings participation. Post-award: Take part in the regular 3 and 4-way meetings with Contractor, Vendors and key sub-vendors to track the progress on the equipment, material and service orders. Expediting and Inspection schedules review, shop visits for key packages. Resolve the Contractor and Vendor critical issues where the Client’s involvement is required: Change Orders, project delays, deviations and clarifications. NCR, OS&D Reports review along with QA/QC teams. Expediting releases processing, handover of the packages to Logistics and Materials teams when ready. Project milestones approval. Report’s preparation and analysis: Procurement and Bidding, Material Status Reports, Monthly Progress, Expediting, Shipping and Warehousing Reports. Review of Vendor Document Deliverables (sub-suppliers’ lists, manufacturing schedules, change orders, SPIR lists, Certificates, Certification matrices and Technical passports).

Western North America and Arctic Division. Vendor/carrier management, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, Pre-award negotiations, Service Agreement sign off, Workload analysis, forecasting, scheduling. Drive continuous improvement in transportation through consistent review and evaluation of BU needs as they relate to freight, trans loading and customs clearance of product. Ongoing and regular review and evaluation of shipping lanes/ Hazmat routes, import/export permits to determine coverage, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Management and review of shipping and logistics requirements through the development of shipping and logistics plans vs. customer requirements to ensure on time delivery. Manage, negotiate and execute contracts to secure: - Supply with carriers for LTL (‘Less Than Truckload’) and FTL (‘Full Truck Load’) - Support for BU's Operations Management Teams to evaluate and negotiate Trans load locations to meet business needs. Build mutually beneficial relationships with freight carriers, customs brokers in order to maintain excellent service and create improvement opportunities. Reduce process inefficiencies associated with freight, including carrier selection, dispatch, payment, reconciliations, etc. Track and monitor freight rates / charges, KPI’s: - Approving and reviewing annual increases - Aligning agreements and pricing adjustments with DYNO customer agreements and needs. Work with internal customers to fully understand procurement needs and ensure that these are delivered through the larger Procurement network. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to establish short-term and long-term business objectives. Assist in the coordination of SAP vendor add / change requests per Company’s processes. BU point of contact for the following processes: CAPEX, Leases, SAP and Accounts Payable Workflows. Decision Making Authority in provider's selection (Carrier, Warehouse operator, Customs Broker), Contract Negotiations in line with DNA policies.

Fort Hills Project/IOL Refinery FCCU Replacement Project (Oil and Gas) • Monitored fabrication and supply progress on the project, tracked any potential delays for remedial action to take. • Ensured that contractors delivered all M&E to the correct destinations in accordance with the Purchase Order schedule to meet the requirements of the project program. • Ensured that all suppliers provided VDRL drawings and documentation, followed up on receipt and approval in accordance with project requirements. • Reported on expediting activities and updated the Materials Control System (MCS) in terms of PO amendments, change orders, status of documentation and fabrication. • Expedited Drawing and Production Schedules, reviewed pre-approval drawings/blueprints prior to formal submission through Document Control System. • Expedited Sub-Suppliers for major components to ensure the delivery dates met the project schedule milestone dates. • Performed shop expediting of critical and complicated packages/PO’s to avoid any project slippage.
