More than 18 years of successful work in Environmental sector. • Realization of company’s HSE and Environmental policy • Performing of on-site supervision of processing facilities and construction sites • Implementation of corporative (including Customer’s) and state HSE requirements • Audits and inspections of contractor’s activities. Development of corrective measures plan and subsequent accomplishment control • Risk assessment. Pre-job and on-site work permits control • Inductions and coaching for employees and visitors. Extra inductions and toolboxes in case of violations. Drills organization and analysis • Participation in meetings. Support of management on HSE and environmental issues • Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards): evaluation of risks and environmental aspects, development and realization of risk management plan, preparation to external audits • Participating in investigation of accidents • Preparation work for environmental permits obtaining. Realization of environmental processing control and monitoring plans • Design of special environmental projects according to Russian state normatives: Waste generation and limits of disposal, Normatives of air emissions • Calculation of environmental charges. Analysis of negative impact to environment. Issue of specific environmental reports according to Russian legislation • Routine HSE and environmental engineer’s duties: maintaining documentation, accounting, statistic reports • Relations with Russian state organizations providing technical, hygienic and environmental supervision
