- Contact with people using my formation and background to create a high standard of relations always considering the importance of the person itself, with one’s own characteristics. Being half English and half Italian , and consequently blingual, I own something which we can call "a double view " on the world. And if we add my knowledge of Spanish and of the two most important classical languages-Greek and Latin- I think I have a good open-minded attitude. When I chose to study at the Faculty of Humanities I did it because I knew that from there I could develop my capacity of communicating with people adn constructing relations from an original point of view. Studying literature, philosophy, arts , linguistics and languages is not usefull only to teach these subjects but, first of all, it is foundamental in order to understand the HUMAN BEING which is the prime matery with which we work when we work with HUMAN RESOURCES. In all my life I have always tried to choose those opportunities which could allow me to grow both professionaly and personally. My decision of coming to Russia was not casual- I came to enlarge my horizions, learn a language I adore, break all the bareers which can be generated by living all our life in the same country. I came to work and write my thesis at the Hermitage the last year, but now I want from my life a professional growing and first of all working in the HR sector which is the most fascinating for me and the one which allows me to spend all my knowledge of the Human Being. For me life is always developing, studying , learning and working in a HR DEPARTEMENT in Russia would be for me a great opportunity also to see te difference with my two native countries England and Italy, where I also worked with HR. I need to be given the opportunity of showing my experience and studies did not remain just in the past, but are usefull for the present.
