Responsibilities: 1) Developing and supporting of Quality, Environmental, Hygiene and Safety Management System of the company 2) Conducting the internal audits according to Quality, Hygiene, Safety Hygiene,Tracebility standards (ISO 9001 BRC IoP) 3) Developing an annual Continual Improvement plans based on results of internal and external audits 4) Audit of local base materials suppliers 5) Regular analysis and reporting of KPI (Key Performance Indexes) and quality of FG (Finish Goods) and SFG (Semi-Finish Goods) based on SPC (Statistical Process Control) approach 6) Developing and supporting of HACCP plan, managing of HACCP team 3) Work with a customers complaints 5) Development and introduction into production the methods of statistical control 6) Drawing of internal and external specifications for FG, plans of production control and quality support 8) Teaching the basics of SPC methods and skills of working with lab equipment to personnel of the company 10) Developing and supporting of Safety system including a plan of behavioural audits, implementation of Best Practice’s to local factory, stimulatory safety program. Achievments: 1) Certification the Company according to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000:2004, BRC/IoP (first in Russia) Standard after the two years from the starting of operations. 2) Rewarding the Company by the certificate of “Best Supplier for British American Tobacco Company” (first in Amcor Flexibles Group) 4) Successful passing of clients audits and starting of new businesses as a result of external audits. 5) Company works without LTI (Lost Time Injures) more than 1000 days.
