May 2013 - Dec 2018: Managed Services Solution Manager Working out technical solutions for Managed Services projects for European market. Main achievements: FLM solution for VimpelCom Russia project for operational efficiency boost (operations, maintenance and development of telecom operator infrastructure). Result: the customer (VimpelCom Russia) saved up to 20% of operational costs by implementing the project. Apr. 2012 - May 2013: Resource Stream Organization NwOps Stream Lead Managing and providing NwOps-related resources to projects. Main achievement: 100% of projects' resource demand was satisfied on time and with required level of expertise. Sep. 2010 - Apr. 2012: Operations Manager Operations Support of equipment swap on live cellular network; Cellular Network O&M Outsourcing project. Main achievements: Project executed on time with required quality. Successful O&M knowledge transfer to customer’s employees. Resource utilization was increased by 15-20% in the course of the project.

June 2009 - August 2010: Project Manager at Tele2 Russia Managing and implementing projects in all Russian Tele2 companies Main achievements: Number of projects successfully implemented all over Russia, with subject matters ranging from BS infrastructure (air conditioners mass replacement) to IT (mobile payments solution). January 2008 - June 2009 Technical Director at Tele2 St. Petersburg Technical department of Tele2 (Cellular operator) in Saint-Petersburg and Leningradskaya Oblast. Over 50 direct subordinates. Main achievements: Over 200 telecom objects successfully built and accepted (45% network growth). Significant growth in quality perception by subscribers, subscriber base growth to 1.5 million.
