Working at NetByNet (MegaFon) I went through almost the entire career ladder in the technical unit. Working in technical support, I gained a good foundation of knowledge, gained invaluable experience in conducting business correspondence with clients and understanding of business processes that occur in the telecommunications industry.
I am glad that I was able to participate in the organization of large projects in this company. Over time, an understanding of the market for services and customer needs has developed.
Later, when I grew up as an engineer and moved to the development department, the tasks became more and more complicated. From the development of simple circuits and configuration of equipment, and by the way we had only 4 switch manufacturers on the network (Cisco, Huawei, D-link, Qtech), I went on to conduct tenders. For me, this experience is invaluable, since it is the technical unit that sets the direction in any tender. Starting from the preparation of technical specifications, ending with direct communication with the manufacturer, tests and calculation of equipment needs for a year.
Being engaged in client equipment, I gained a lot of knowledge on Wi-Fi technologies. Each new competition in this direction gave me a huge store of knowledge. It was the work in this department that laid in me a basic understanding of design work. After a year and a half of work in the development department, I realized what services are needed by customers, how most of the telecom operators work. He participated in the forefront in the development of a mobile application for managing a router. (compiled TK, conducted the first tests) I studied the relatively new direction of LTE for me. (and yes, again I held several competitions for LTE routers) I gave presentations and short trainings, helped engineers from other departments.
A little later, I managed to delve deeper into Wi-Fi technology, received the first certificate: MTCNA. Developed over 100 radio plans for customers across the country. Persuaded colleagues with the need for Wi-Fi development
projects to conduct active radio planning using the Ekahau Sidekick.
I’ll tell a little about myself. I love football and history. In my free time I like to read interesting articles. I am drawn to new knowledge and am always happy to share mine. Easily find a common language with people. Recently began to study English. I love when everything is in place.
