Performance of functions of General Director

• Participation in development of petroleum projects from the stage of evaluation of investment potential to the stage of implementation of strategic targets of the project, organization and implementation of strategic and tactical activities of the project; • Coordination of work on geological modeling, acquisition, processing and interpretation of G&G data; • Technical management of the project, interaction with outsource services, consultants (preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, FEED, permits, audit, etc.); • Evaluation, exploration and development of oil and gas fields & prospects; involvement in due-diligence and tendering procedures; • Geological and economic analysis of oil and gas assets, evaluation of investment potential; • Work with the international auditors, resources and reserves booking, growth and upside; • Preparation of presentation materials and reports.

• Participation in successful development of emerging projects related to the acquisition of new oil and gas assets in Russia, FSU and the Middle East; • Participation in arrangement of investment in a portfolio of public and private companies; • Performance of representative functions, staff management, interaction with other divisions and subsidiaries of the Company, accounting, budgeting.

Arrangement and active involvement in negotiations with one of the major Russian petroleum companies on possibility of joint development of the license block in West Siberia; corporate restructuring and arrangement of equity financing for $25MM.

Performance of representative functions; management of Moscow office personnel; assistant to the Company’s Director General in Moscow; coordination of interaction with foreign partners of the Company; advise in geology; selection of contractors for G&G works, drilling program and well workovers.
