Sakhalin-1 Project Kara Sea Project (2 simultaneous wells with SSDU & JUDR) Black Sea Project (Ultra-Deepwater well with SSDU under Rosneft & Eni JV) -Planning and coordinating of logistics processes as per exploration well drilling program in order to ensure smooth mobilization/demobilization of materials and personnel; -Responsible for drafting various Technical Assignments, procedures and contracts related to mobilization/demobilization activities, supply base requirements, ERP inventory control modules, materials delivery; -Issue of Call-Offs required for carrying out supply base logistics operations; -Oversee goods and services are provided as per contract schedule, terms and conditions; -Accountable for cargo consolidation and timely delivery of drilling materials to offshore drillings rigs and vice versa; -Liaison with Supply Vessels in regard of rig cargo operations; -Project inventory control; -Responsible for completing Cargo Manifests; -Review and amendment of Vessels Schedule.

Yamal LNG Project -Work in close collaboration with construction group and contractors; -Review the availability of materials according to the specific requirements of the construction work packages / Job cards; -Communication with project team construction supervisors/coordinators regarding the availability of equipment and materials; -Coordination of timely delivery of equipment and materials to contractor personnel; -Implementation of warehouse procedures and assistance for all common activities (such as supervision of reception, verification, inventory, store-keeping, issuance, etc.); -Leading the team of supervisors and material specialists (up to 3 people)

-Accountable for rig materials supply, including: requesting, expediting, receiving & storing; -Maintaining the warehouse inventory of spares for the rig and camp in accordance with company system. -Producing of monthly inventory and financial reports of stock levels, issues, receipts and values; -Issuing RFI/Q, negotiating with local and international vendors; -Discussing regularly with the Rig Manager forthcoming rig operations and any impact they may have on spares usage; -Cooperation with specialist and subcontractor personnel in the preparation of accurate customs and other documentation required for the importation or exportation of rig, logistics or camp equipment

Materials & Logistics Department

Inventory Group -Processed material requisitions made by departments on the subject of correctness and economy. Overall checked MRs cost is over $30M. Helped to reduce amount of subscribed surplus stock; -Supervised document control specialists’ activity in materials department; -Produced physical materials Inventory on the annual basis; -Accountable for analytic reporting for subscribed surplus stock selling auctions

Transport Logistics Group -Document control of materials service department; -Handled personnel and cargo flights requests related to materials department; -Played important role in material movement data collecting and reporting to senior management; -Collected and processed daily warehouse reports from oilfields.
