Rendering services in the area of engineering calculations (CAE): - Clarification of the goals and objectives of our clients in stress calculation and fluid and gas dynamics (CFD); - Evaluation of the complexity of work; - Development of examples (possibly based on the customer issued assignments) and their solution; - Presentation of opportunities of software package Siemens NX for the calculation of clients’ tasks examples; - Working with LMS software (AMESim, Virtual.Lab); - Preparation and updating methods of building design schemes, storage and calculationin general; - Developing Java plugins for NX (NXOpen Java and C++ API); - Self-education, participation in problem-oriented exhibitions.

Stress calculation (including transient and thermal analysis, the calculation of criteria of fracture mechanics and crack growth, fatigue strength, creep) and optimization of construction of NPP equipment. (ANSYS, ANSYS WB, CATIA V5) Creating original programs and algorithms for the Stress calculation, coding macros for ANSYS. Working and editing Ansys result binary file (C++). At my initiative, the program greatly facilitating an assignment of data input for the solving in ANSYS and the storage of complex visual input data was created. This program has significantly increased productivity and reduced errors in the description of the bench-mark data. Also created several useful programs for performance of our department. I selected several technological solutions during the R&D, that have increased design integrity. Leading direction: calculation of the stress-strain state, the characteristics of fracture mechanics and rationale long life fatigue strength of nodes sealing tubes into the tube sheets of heat exchanger equipment loaded pressure and temperature variations. Actively collaborating with exterior organizations (our contractors) for solving differentengineering tasks. Also involved in the drafting of the terms of contracts (as well as theirchanges and additions with justification) and the preparation of technical tasks. Participate at industry exhibitions and carry on negotiations with organizations to understand their opportunities and benefits for our company.

Passage of technological practice in the factory (topic: deep-hole drilling, drill). Teaching of employees rational approaches to design, modeling and storage of 3D models. At my initiative the market analysis of computer-aided design (CAD) has conducted andmeetings with companies involved in the introduction of these programs organized to get acquainted with the capabilities of management software and its benefits for our company.
