Участие в подготовке годового бюджета - Работа с системой DaX. Формирование плановых платежей, заявок на покупку и заявок на оплату. - Подготовка аналитических таблиц и раскрытий для менеджмента

1. Preparation of Corporate reporting packages for presentation to Company’s LT, restaurants’ directors, territorial managers and Heads of departments on monthly/quarterly/annual basis; 2. Analysis and control over GAAP adjustments in JDE GAAP (GP) module 3. Preparation of Financial statements under US GAAP standards and required notes to FS in accordance with reporting schedules and HQ requirements; 4. Comparative analysis of changes in profit and loss accounts, actual vs plan analysis and provision of other financial data to persons of interest within the Company for the purposes of management decisions; 5. Control over GAAP accounts in JDE Accounting. Performing monthly reconciliation and analysis for GAAP accounts. 6. Responding to requests from HQ Control department in US 7. Participating in quarterly reports, Management Deck process, preparation of MD&A, data entry into the system. 8. Сontrol of data loading into the JD Edwards, reconciliation of the results obtained. 9. Regular interaction with internal and external auditors. Ability to prepare and collect extensive data for audit purposes and requests. 10. Other responsibilities accompanying performing financial reporting on a monthly basis (presentation preparation, execution of one-time assignments, cross-functional interaction between departments, control and interaction with accounting, verification and assistance in optimizing the workflow).

1. Quarterly preparation of the GAAP reporting package; 2. Gathering, collecting, supplying and analysis of data necessary for Financial Statements preparation generated by the entries in the accounting journal and the general ledger provided by chef RAS accountants; 3. Preparation of Financial Statements for small Subsidiaries under limited information provided; 4. Computation and application of consolidation and transformation adjustments in accordance with US GAAP requirements; 5. Processing and maintaining the information flow and requests between the auditors and the head of the international department. Regular interaction with auditors (Big 4); 6. Preparation notes and disclosure to financial statements; 7. Preparation of additional analytical breakdowns to the reporting package; 8. Others responsibilities related to quarterly US GAAP reporting. 9.Participation in internal project for consolidation of databases via their migration to Oracle system for the purpose of building a single corporate information system within all companies of the holding structure 10. Communication with Oracle consultants during customization of new system’s options and catalogues in accordance with Company’s requirements

Participation in audit of financial statements in conformity with Russian and International Accounting Standards; 2. Participation in transformation of financial statements (RAS to IFRS), e.g recalculating existing statement items according to IFRS requirements, disclosure to financial statements; 3. Participation in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS for groups of companies. 4. Participation in Audit of various lines of activity: enery, fuel industry,trade and others. Participation in audit checks in various regions of Russia: Irkutsk, Magadan, Khabarovsk, Ukhta, Chita, Murmansk, Stavropol, Ulan-Ude. 5. Work with audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during audit process, due-diligence. 6. Develop junior staff by providing on the job training. 7. Gain comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements. 8. Communication and interaction with structural divisions, subsidiaries, departments of Clients.
