It was Master Claw signalling monitoring system from Anritsu for Vimpelcom overall Russia, Voice Quality from Swissqual for Vimpelcom and subsidiaries in CIS, E2E service monitoring system from 3P_Solutions and QualiNet System for Vimpelcom Russia and subsidiaries in CIS with overall technology consulting of subsidiaries in CIS. The last years I was deeply involved in development of ideology and application algorithms for service quality monitoring systems in mobile network. Novel approach to Data Services monitoring development has been suggested. All the features of a large telecommunications company budgeting are also well known to me, since I was responsible 2 years for budgeting of overall Vimpelcom Operations. I know Operations Office internal and external clients overall aspects of contacts. Under my supervision the unit of business process and procedures efficiency assessment and management for Technical Block of Vimpelcom has been created. In the field of researches, development and design of devices at high and ultrahigh frequencies (up to 20 GHz) experience is more than 18 years. At present I possess the knowledge in field of filter design to provide electromagnetic compatibility 2G/3G/4G in collocated spectrum of frequencies. The last article was published in October 2014.
