Responsibilities: - Managing of a number of global brands in Russia, reporting to brand owners; - Development and implementation of brand strategy for the Russian market (concept and communication); - ATL: SMM, digital, prints; - BTL: consumer projects, in-store activities, crew-incentive programs for sales, special brand events, Expos; - Supervising trade-marketing executive in planning trade-marketing activities, efficiency evaluation and reporting, POSM development, production and distribution; - NPD: assortment optimization for each brand, consumer and market research, pack localization, launches; - Brand budgeting, insuring brand profitability (P&L, budget planning and control); - Competitive benchmarking, effective pricing policy development; - Sales analysis and forecasting.
