- purchase order entry and maintenance until the order accepting at customer's warehouse - managing on-time placement of POs -problem solving for PO issue resolution -ownership of paperwork flow,support for monthly and weekly reports -ownership of all vendor and supplier communication regarding PO, statements, partner status etc. - ensure accurate shipping dates and payment schedule - maintenance of international vendor database - preparing all the documentation for implementing the procurement activities ( delivery contracts, license agreements, acceptance acts, certification etc.) - monthly warehouse planning - claims work -work with existing suppliers/vendors/ contractors; negotiating for the best prices and delivery terms, searching new suppliers by requirements - Navision, ERP:1С, Microsoft Excel ability

- writing and translating the related documents (agreements, certification, technical manuals, correspondence) in English/Chinese -Working with income requirement for technical support: registration in company datasheet, further processing and management , coordinating with company local and regional departments, Head Office for the logs closing -complete, analyze and distribute data integrity reports to the Head Office -working with technical support site -managing repair activities, purchasing spare parts, receiving and delivering fault equipment for repair, controlling the timeline , cooperating with Repair Center in China.
