- Participate in the IBP process for the accountable group of products - Manage the publication of demand forecasting information for the accountable group of products - Optimize accuracy of forecasting through refinement and development of information ensuring Sales Forecast Excellence is achieved in the business unit - Proactively participate in the process of new or promotional product development and launches including co-packing, co-manufacturing and in-house operation - Implement methodologies covering the forecasting preparation process to develop and implement systems and processes that ensure increased accuracy of demand forecasting for the accountable group of products

- Support Commercial Director efficiently in his business analysis through cross-analyzing all data from field - Analyze trends and make recommendations regarding sales performance, product mix and revenue opportunities - Perform situational analysis for brand based on cross-data research - Collect, format, analyze and diffuse data linked to the sales tools: volumes, values, assortments, product, etc. - Be responsible for building robust communication interfaces between SC and S&M and other functions in the envelope/cluster preparation and formation of the Sales Plan - Participate in forecasting and budgeting process - Administrate reporting system including standard company reporting and system for bonus calculation, develop ad-hoc reporting - Participate in development of KPI matrix for sales team and participate in development of the procedure for efficiency monitoring and evaluation on the stage of KPI system and implementation analysis and monitoring of Sales Plan execution

- Analyze trends in different regions/cities/channels of Russia based on Nielsen data, internal data, distributors’ reports and other researchers; predict sales trends, make recommendations - Provide S&M with analysis support and regular/ad-hoc analytical reports based on Nielsen data (advanced user of Nielsen Advisor) - Prepare presentations on market dynamics for each category based on Nielsen data - Provide administration of periodical release of reports from Retail Monitoring - Complete communication with ACNielsen - Administrate reporting system including standard company reporting and system for bonus calculation and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative KPI execution by sales structure - Develop and administrate standard reporting, control data coherence and correctness

- Develop and administrate reporting system including standard company reporting, develop ad-hoc reporting, control data coherence and correctness - Manage further reporting system development and extension according to company objectives - Develop and administrate Business Planners system for sales structure - Full support and co-ordination of sales structure (local and regional)

- Demand Forecast creation based on current month sales, weekly corrections in close cooperation with Sales, Logistics, Marketing and Trade Marketing departments - Preparation of Gap Document: difference between goods available and actual demand - Presentation of Monthly Sales report and Gap Document at monthly S&OP meeting - Summary, generation and evaluation of sales estimation and correction - Monitoring of quality and reasonability of sales estimation regarding timings, activities and product assortment - Monitoring of old stocks - Coordination on launch activities - Monitoring of slow moving items and proposal for next steps; warehouse stocks and proposals for next steps (overstocks, out of stock, old items, action items)
