Construction of Sakhalin-2 OPF Lunskoe Booster Pump Station - Coordination and control of on-site lifting operations (cargoes and equipment of various complexity (compressors, turbines, horizontal and vertical tanks, inlet separators, flare, waste heat recovery unit, air and oil cooler units and other equipment)); - Selection of hoisting equipment for cargo lifting of various complexity; - Coordination of simultaneous operations with several lifting machines for lifting and turning (tilting) of cargoes and equipment of various complexity; - Review and approval of work-related documents (progress schedule, WMS, Lifting operations using hoisting machinery, technical flowcharts, procedures, inspection and testing plans, permits to work); - Control over planning of installation of process equipment (preparatory work, timely availability of work-related documents for execution of works, availability of equipment at the site, personnel qualification); - Supervision of contractors on safe installation, operation and maintenance practices and preservation/storage of lifting equipment and machinery, in accordance with Russian safety regulations as well as corporate procedures and company standards; - Conducting briefings on the safe use of lifting equipment; - Carrying out inspections and audits of the lifting equipment; - Initiating meetings to discuss and plan lifting operations with contractors and subcontractors; - Participate in SEIC's Goal Zero and Petrofac's Horizon Zero safety programs;

Supervision of: - static and rotating equipment installation by Subcontractors: Vessels, Bullets, Separators, Generators, Modules, Fixed Roof Tanks - Installation and inspection of bridge cranes (STAHL, 50 t.) according to the vendor documentation. Carrying a load test for static and dynamics. - Miscellaneous structural steel installation (Flare derricks, pipe racks etc.), - Installation of BOG (Boil off Gas) compressor equipment skids (motor, gear box, LP compressor, HP compressor) as per project documentation. - Installation of dry gas seals, bearings and other elements for starting HP (high pressure) and LP (low pressure) compressors according to Vendor documentation (SIEMENS). - Shaft alignment of equipment using a laser device "Rotaling Ultra" (Compressor train: motor - GB (gear box) - LP compressor - HP compressor). - Tightening of bolted and flanged connections (equipment, inlet and outlet pipes). - Area surface preparation for static equipment installation: Access ways, foundations, pilecaps. Coordination of any types of working activities with contractor and subcontractors for timely and safe completion. PTW (permits to work) reviewing, endorsing, authorizing and signing. Verification of lifting plans for safe installation of equipment in the design position. Everyday site inspections to ensure that works are being done in a strict accordance with Project Design, PTW (permits to work) and Company’s Safety Rules and Regulations. Ensuring site operatives are aware of risks and hazards.

Reviewing and approval of the work-permits. Organization and coordination of works with contractor’s representatives. Close cooperation with contractors to ensure efficient and safe coordination of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS). Ensuring compliance with special work procedures (civil, mechanical, painting, welding, and coating). Reviewing and approval of the Lifting plans for installation equipment’s and structures. Ensuring that all rotation and static equipment is installed in strict accordance with Project requirements (valves, pumps, vessels, generators etc.) in safest way and timely manner. Participating in inspections, signing check sheets as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). Ensuring quality of works performed by contractors and subcontractors. Review and signing related documentation.

CPC (Caspian Pipeline Consortium) expansion Tank Farm project: Monitoring and supervising all stages of subcontractors’ works related to equipment installation, process piping of 100 000 m3 tanks; ensuring that works are completed as per work plan. Ensuring safety compliance of contractors and subcontractors. Ensuring that completed works comply with design documentation and standards (participating in inspection commissions for receiving inspection of materials and equipment, inspecting work stages). Ensuring compliance with work-permits. Attending meetings with contractors and subcontractors. Making daily reports. Making all required documentation as per company procedures.

Maintenance and modification of primary oil refining plant and administrative buildings at the SBP "Odoptu" within the project "Sakhalin - 1" (project title: Maintenance Supervisor): Organization and management of the production process and its control. Maintain required documentation. Conducting negotiations with the customer. A prompt solving of issues. Preparation and issue the permits in the electronic system EPTW ENL, as work on the electronic system at work tasks SAP (IPES).
