- Assessment and provision of independent and objective assurance, recommendations and consultations on the Company's internal control system in terms of efficiency of activity, compliance with legislation and corporate standards, risk management;
- Determination of the most significant areas for internal audit based on risk assessment. Preparation and approval of audit plans with Director of internal audit of MegaFon in order to form the priorities of the current activities of the department. Plan’s implementation after its approval;
- Control of compliance with company’s rules, plans, budgets, procedures, legislation, decisions and management's instructions, agreements conditions and other to mitigate risks of business;
- Sufficient staff onboarding, it’s development and support of high level of skills, motivation to ensure goals and objectives implementation;
- IT audit;
- Occasional, participation in legal proceedings.
• In 2009 under my leadership the department took 1st place among 10 departments in various branches of the company in job results.
