 Prior to the start of works, to check the Supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule. Check that the same is in line with Construction schedules and contractual commitments.  To detect any design errors, and where possible rectify the same or request the Site Engineer to make the necessary changes.  To check that the works performed by the Subcontractor conform to design documents, Safety regulations, and to the Quality level fixed by the same.  To manage vendor specialists.  To assist the Contract Engineer in defining new prices, in preparing amendments to subcontracts and in analyzing and discussing claims.  To prepare the non-conformity register for each Subcontractor and coordinate non-conformity resolution.  To check Subcontractors’ work progress status sheets and sign the same for approval.

 Expertise electrical works, to provide in a timely manner clear and conclusive replies to complex technical issues related to engineering submitted by Construction QC and Sub-contract departments, in order to allow a smooth progress of construction activities following engineering design requirements (Specifications, Norms, Codes and Standards).  Support Construction Department in the review of method statements and job cards for Electrical works.  Review drawings before final issuance to Sub-contractors.  Submit technical replies for Material Approval Requests, Technical Queries and Deviation Requests.  Prepare technical drawings and Site drawings.  Manage of Site MASTER Documents.

 Lead the Electrical Detail Designing related to the VTB Arena Park complex.  Develop the Concept Design and Electrical Project Specifications for Subcontractors according to IEC, Nation Electrical Code (PUE), Engineering consultant recommendations and Hotel Operator Specification.  Obtain the approvalfrom Client “Approval For Construction” for Electrical Detailed Design Package.  Support Contract Department in estimation of quantities and split of SOW.  Coordinate with other discipline engineers (Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors) during Design Development.  Manage Subcontractor design teams.  Perform Quality & conformity control of equipment from Vendors and Sub-contractor as per project specifications.  Check the performed work together with “Avtorsky Nadzor”  Participate in FAT / SAT / Pre-commissioning Test.

 Develop the electrical FEED and Detail Design stages for telecommunication scope in the frameworks of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium Expansion Project (Consumer list, Circuit Breakers and Cables selection, Single Line Diagrams, General Arrangement Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, Power Installation Layouts, Earthing Installation Layouts, Cable Tray Installation Layouts, Multi Cable Transit Layouts, Drawings for Cable Routing, Material Take off, Specifications for Procurement Department).  Support Contract Department in preparation of Change Orders for additional scope of work.  Perform Site Survey for the upcoming project, developing further exploratory Design.  Work as part of a project Design team in cooperation with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Instrument and Telecommunication Departments.  Monitor construction activities and progress of performed works.  Participate in weekly meetings with Client and Sub-contractors, reporting to Management maintaining weekly status reports for management.  Supervise SAT, RFP, RFC and RFSU.

 Maintain safety at workplace along with enforcing safety procedures.  Upgrade the design for drill rigs (which led to award the Contract in Saudi Arabia).  The new schedule of inspections inventory levels of maintenance spares decreased the repair time.  Organize schedule of the workshop  Repair the equipment and follow the frameworks of equipment mobilization in order to carry out obligations to customers.  Prepare procedure for acceptance of equipment to complete drilling activities ahead the schedule.  Inspect and plan equipment repairs, preparing cost estimates.  Manage rig fleet to achieve maximum uptime/efficiency.  Supervise the workshop, yard, and field mechanic staff.

 Maintain management of power generation and distribution system as well as electrical equipment ensuring high HSE performance.  Ensure reliability and integrity of electrical equipment and systems by development and implementation of relevant reliability methods.  Ensure uninterruptible operation of power generation and electrical equipment to achieve safe and economical operation of plant units.  Perform leading role in troubleshooting of electrical systems.  Organize technical supervision of power generation equipment, instrumentation.  Control technological processes at electrical installation works.  Analyze electric power system characteristics in order to improve operating efficiency.  Obtain licenses for different works.  Interact with all levels of authorities.  Set-up production improvement work, promote most favorable working conditions and improve occupational culture.
