- Communication with manufacturing plant (shop managers, logistics) - Control of shipments timing included execution of documents in accordance with Russian legislation and individual customer’s requirements - Goods deliveries analysis - Contract Management (service, direct sales, leasing projects and repairs) - Ensure a weekly report with relevant information on expect shipments - SAP/R3 transactions re SD: - sales orders - shipping - billing (invoicing) - movements - Ad hoc reports for CS, Inventory Manager and Project Managers Projects - SAP/R3 implementation re SD module - Workflow process implementation - Staff trainings re SAP, workflow
