I've got into the restaurant as my first job in Moscow, as a cook. The owner quickly moved me to chef and then brand chef after opening another 2 spots on the city.
I was responsible for working with the restaurant's rebranding team, regarding our new positioning and kitchen reorganization. New menu and several seasonal menu. Got up to three kitchens under my supervision.
I was also responsible for organizing the kitchen personnel, graphics, foodcost optimization, quality control of the products, teaching the personnel for elevating their standarts.

About me
I work a little more about 13 years in the restaurant field. During this time I've worked, studied and staged in the US (ninenine steakhouse; IHOP), France, Germany, UK, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Russia.
I've started my career studying in the "American Culinary Federation (ACF)", Massachusetts - US, getting my recognition as Executive Chef.
