Visualization of medical data for Intensive Care Units JSON Modeling and interaction between Medical modules. API for bringing in medical data using: Flask, Python, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, PICIS & HL7 messages. UIs using: Node.js, Angular6, Aurelia, Typescript, Medical Data graphical presentation using Highcharts, D3.js "RGI’s software products provide real time clinical data analytics and retrospective analytics that integrate data from multiple sources and bring streaming analytics to the point of care.” Highlights: Created a unified UI for all the PSM (Patient Safety Management) reports, which is dynamically created based on metadata that come from the API. Created a configurable API (Flask-Python) that serves the UI which is driven by dynamic business rules (per client). Improved the product’s pipeline by creating a real-time procedure of consuming and exchanging medical messages from PICIS and/or in HL7 format, by utilizing Apache Kafka. Enhanced the testing procedures by creating random data generators for all the modules of the product’s pipeline. All these allowed RGI to relaunch their product and sign new contracts (i.e. MGH – Mass General Hospital). As the lead developer I took part in all important meetings for designing the future of the company.

Implementation of the UI for datakraft platform using Datakraft API. Tools used: Kendo grid/UI, Bootstrap 3, Stimulsoft Reports, Fullcalendar.io, Charts2.js, Facebook API, Google API (Adwords/DoubleClick), PHP, Javascript. “DataKraft Studio is a revolutionary software platform you can use to create professional database applications, with no requirement for coding or development. This platform can be used by IT services companies to generate bespoke database systems for clients in dramatically less time.” Highlights: Recreated the whole datakraft client for the web and took part in the (backend/frontend)architectural design of the product. Integrated the previously desktop only platform with some of the most popular APIs which enhanced its potential and allowed the signing of new contracts with existing or new clients. As a result, datakraft expanded to Middle East taking over the Banking Sector in Egypt.

Implementation of Marketer Engine web app, a facebook Advertising web app using: Bootstrap 4, Charts2.js. Integrated with: Facebook API, Google API, Shopify API, MarketHero API, Stripe API and Active Campaign API. Highlights: Designed the Marketer engine platform which is a web app for advertisers that use facebook, google and mail marketing tools. Lead the development team to the point of the products final release. Designed/implemented unique for the time algorithms for automatic bid adjustment for the Facebook ads and for the lifetime customer value for clients who owned a Shopify e-shop, offering valuable insights in the form of reports. Implemented reports for e-commerce and leads guided by some of the best marketers of that year.

WordPress plugin development (Online Resume Creator, Nimble Integration Plugin, Workable Integration Plugin) Highlights: Automated the company’s hiring procedures by integrated their website with Nimble and workable. Created backend reports and statistics for the hiring procedures that improved the company’s speed to the final selection of candidates.

QA Control (Running Scenarios and Writing Selenium Tests) and UX assurance. WordPress Plugin Development of the Stratus5 Platform integration plugin. Highlights: Recreated the platform’s UI using latest Angular/Bootstrap libraries resulting to a much faster product with much less code to maintain. Improved the QA procedures by adding Selenium Tests for the UI and real-life scenarios for the backend. Created a wordpress plugin that enabled the onboarding of new clients straight from the company’s website, opening the doors to better marketing and to wordpress hosting services that gave the company enough fuel to keep functioning till today.
