Implemented mobile development projects, as an investment solutions for private investors. Implemented an IT infrastructure move to the cloud project for the mid size private finance company, changing the ways to work to increase security and reduce costs. Consultations for a variety of companies, including but not limited: private investment found, Russian Academy of Sciences, directors of real sector companies. Anti crisis technology management of stock complex, one of the two biggest in Moscow, «Krasnya Presnya».

IT as a service - changed the paradigm of the IT internal and external work. Reorganised investment IT towards service oriented approach in accordance to business needs and ISO 20000 / ITIL / ITSM requirements. Performed crisis management of the on-going projects and IT issues with business impact. Created IT performance KPIs evaluation and monitoring system. Signed service level agreement (SLA) between business and IT, to enable proper IT management from the business side.

Created Software As A Service (SaaS) cloud monitoring product for key mainstream operating systems (Linux, MacOS X, Windows, *BSD, Solaris, embedded systems) + Web and mobile app interfaces. Set up the development, release and support management. Project Managed development and software releases roll-out for a smooth production operation and a development within milestones. Created (head hunted) an international team of talents working remotely.

Business Continuity as a key responsibility. Introduced Change, Incident and Problem management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the company most important IT systems. Created a disaster recovery plan for key business IT services and systems as a part of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Adapted all key IT process during the company reorganisations.

Top-5 best global project of the year: managed major key trading platform (eSpear) migration between the cities. Successfully picked up a derivatives support team and led to a smooth support transition between the vendors (HCL to Infosys) in just a couple of months, without service interruption. In a limited time frame developed and successfully led a project of creating an international “Incident Management Layer” team in USA, India, China, Ukraine, capable of managing and resolving major incidents in Production environment.

Successfully recovered the project of a new product roll-out and established a relationship of trust with a key client in Switzerland (Zurich) - Sunrise.
Project successfully finished; customer requested product extension and a new services delivery, instead of the vendor ‘swap’. Successfully implemented numerous projects in Europe, Russia and ex-USSR countries with the best Russian IT engineers.

Created two startups: IT news magazine and a news aggregation and processing system (data mining and information retrieval tasks). Programmer, system administrator, journalist.
