In my current job i allocate around 7 million dollars annually and head a staff of nearly 500 people according to the needs of each program, an estimate of 1.3 million dollars in saving in total of 11 projects i lead within the municipal government, each and every indicator has beeb evaluated having an A2 ranking and achieving every goal within the annual program plan. During this time, i have been involved in setting the high-level policy decisions, that establish the need for grid projects and set their overall direction. Given the challenges that different stakeholders may encounter in communicating during a grid development project, i am be able to play an important role in bridging the gap between local groups affected by the development of the grid, and the broader interest in developing the grid. The most important accomplishment during this year was to lead the negotiations with the workers union that are owned by the opposing party, leaving them without their main labor force in a way they cant apply any coercive force the current administration.

Contribute to the strengthening of the Entities of the Municipal Public Administration, through the design of techniques, mechanisms and innovative actions to facilitate the operation and execution of programs and projects, which guarantee the results for the benefit of the population having the objective of Designing, implementing and evaluating the necessary mechanisms, methodologies and techniques for the adequate development of the programs and projects of the Municipal Entities that contribute to the measurement of productivity and implementation of the continuous improvement actions.

Execute the administrative processes of the area, applying the defined rules and procedures, preparing necessary documentation, reviewing and calculating, in order to comply with each of these processes, achieve timely results and effective provision of the diplomatic service.
