I work within the High Tech & Manufacturing team, exclusively on commercial real estate - Hyperscale data centers. Specializing in delivering both CSA and MEP commercial management. My duties are: -Cost planning & cost reporting, from conceptual design throughout to detailed design; -Tender analysis; -Preparation of tender documentation; -Pre and post contract; System and tools capability: -Cost X; -BIM extraction; -Microsoft suite; -DC benchmarking.

•Clear understanding & reading of Gantt charts •Demolition •Fire/Damp proofing •Plasterboards •Assembling & fitting furniture •Power tools •Driving (3.5t van included) •Moving furniture •Site cleaning

•Producing quotes for new works, e.g., building garages, replacing kitchens, repairing electrical systems, fitting heating systems, flooring, decorating, refurbishment, tiling, etc. •Attending site with specialist trade contractors and producing detailed quotes. •Procurement of materials including, obtaining multiple quotes from various suppliers to get the best value. •Evaluating key performance indicators for specific tasks, e.g., using Excel to monitor and understand the amount of labour required for specific tasks. •Liaising with the builders and customers during the works to ensure the works are progressing well and will be completed on time and budget. •Producing timesheets for staff to monitor performance and ensure any extra works are captured in the final invoices. •Producing a project database to monitor the works undertaken and demonstrate experience to potential customers. •Interacting with specialists contractors when undertaking works that are not offered in house e.g., asbestos, gas engineers, etc. •Dealing with customers and maintaining good relationships. •Translating between my director and international workers and customers. •Producing and issuing Invoices to customers.

•Assist in managing the farm to ensure that bird welfare is never compromised (ventilation, feed, water consumption, heating). •Being responsible for all site bio security, ensuring all staff, visitors and contractors adhere to the site rules. •I was responsible for sheds machinery and daily check-ups. •Accurate record keeping.
