My main tasks:

Results:
1. In the shortest possible time (~ 1-1.5 months), the company's IT infrastructure was deployed from scratch. All basic IT and communication services were provided, including a video conferencing system and teamwork systems based on MS Teams, business essential applications (1C, P6 Primavera, E-Staff).
2. The company was carried out as efficiently and without loss of time as possible through quarantine conditions with the help of remote and collective work tools. Efficiency and accessibility of systems is ensured for all users with the help of an eveloped and implemented combination of on-premise and SaaS services.
3. Within 2 months, the Assai DCMS technical document management system was implemented. The Customer, international engineering companies, and the Russian design institute are involved in the system. Automated progress estimation for technical documentation in the system.
4. Prepared and signed annexes to contracts with international engineering companies, 3D, 2D design conditions are established.
5. The environment for joint 3D modeling of the plant (AVEVA Global) successfully implemented. International engineering companies are connected to the system and carry out their scope of work.
6. The development strategy for the department of IT and IT tools of the company in relation to the stages of the project is developed.
7. The architecture for designing and managing engineering data at subsequent stages of construction was developed and agreed with the the Customer.
8. MAC project is started.

I'm an IT business partner for the strategically important EPC-projects in NIPIGAS, JSC (the subsidiary company of SIBUR). The projects are Amur Gas Processing Plant (the owner is Gazprom) and Arctic LNG-2 (the owner is Novatek).
My main tasks:
1. To design IT-architecture and its implementation strategy for EPC-projects.
2. To design, initiate and implement IT programs and projects for automation of the main business processes of EPC-projects.
3. To manage IT services, IT assets, IT budget and other IT processes for EPC-projects.
Main quantitive indicators:
1. IT tools number - > 80 tools are used regularly, including software for 3D modeling and enterprise-level systems such as EDMS, EDW and others.
2. Users quantity - > 1500.
3. Budget ~1 billion RUR (>15 mil. USD)
4. Employees in administrative and functional subordination > 30.
5. Simultaneously working contractors for the implementation and development of IT tools > 12.
Results:
1. Electronic Management System "Capital Project" for technical documentation and xCP DMS for correspondence and administrative documents management is successfully implemented - (both based on Documentum). The company is using the systems for all own projects today.
2. Procurement and construction management system is successfully implemented -, including functionality for open work-front estimation (based on 1C).
3. BI system is successfully implemented and integrated with other key systems (based on Qlik).
4. IT infrastructure for AGPP project's temporary building and facilities on site (Amurskiy region) is successfully installed and handed over to the business. All the corporate IT services and IT support are provided on site.
5. IT infrastructure for the owner of AGPP (Gazprom) is successfully installed and handed over. The IT responsibility covered all the stages from detailed design documentation reviewing to commissioning.
6. IT components of LNG plants design is transferring in Russian Federation (based on Aveva, Hexagon software and IT infrastructure in high availability mode).
7. Tools for engineering interfaces management have been developed and successfully implemented as well as, claim management, registration and analysis of labor effort costs, etc.
8 A lot of additional components for 3D modeling tools (Aveva, Tekla) have been developed and successfully implemented -. These components allow to avoid a lot of extra efforts in modeling and follow the requirements of the partners, customers and Russian regulations.
9. Contractual exhibits for data exchange with international EPC companies and Russian contractors have been prepared and issued.
10. RPA platform implementation is started. The business customers got first results.

• automation of treasury operations (payments requests, payments planning and performing, including notifications of all participants);
