Good knowledge of technologies used for Oil and Gas production, transport and processing. Work with oil refineries for preparation of all data required for the basic design of the licensed unit. Coordination of the project at all stages with Detail Engineering Company and Axens’ Head office accordingly. Ensure direct and continuing exchanges with Clients. Participation in the negotiations with Clients: - on development of the technical and economic assessment of the grass root oil refinery; - on revision of the process flow diagrams and P&ID drawings with oil refinery managements and Detail Engineering Company representatives. Communication with local Detail Engineering Companies, regulatory authorities, management and contractors at all levels. Preparation of the contracts on delivery/purchase of chemical products, materials and equipment and amendments for signing, discussions with the clients and AXENS departments, control of the contracts execution, operational coordination.

- To secure accident- and error-free operation of all types of equipment, pipelines and communications; - Planning - Preparation of repair schedule of the equipment - Unit project review - To organize planned preventative maintenance, replacement of rundown pipelines, engineering certification of vessels operated under pressure; - Paperwork, operational analysis of the catalyst, catalyst, adsorbents and chemicals requirements calculation; - To maintain accounts of accidents and break offs of pumps, compressors, to analyze the cause of the accident; - Supervision of 45 people.
