Support of civil works in the Development Department. -Planning of construction and individual stages of construction works within the framework of the Arkhyz ski resort development in Romantik village, KCR; -receipt and verification of compliance of design documentation with regulatory documents; - handover to Contractors design for execution works; - planning and control of works execution by Contractors according to approved schedule; - organization of the Client's quality control and design author's supervision at site; - organization of maintenance executive documentation, acceptance of completed works by Contractors; -participation in commissioning for handover completed stages of works to operation department.

Customer: LLC NOVATEK-Murmansk -Organization of document flow system (receipt and distribution) between construction participants; - Verification and control over correction of previously issued remarks on preparation and completeness of the received package of executive documents, based on the requirements of the Russian Federation and the Client's requirements; -verification of design, executive and other types of documentation, developed by the Client; - verification of design, executive and other types of documentation developed by the Contractor; -development and verification of the relevance of registers for design, executive and other technical documentation for construction site in accordance with the requirements of the Client; -checking the maintenance of general and special work logs; -tracking of the terms of submission the executive documentation by Contractor for checking in accordance with actual requirements of the Client. Issuance of remarks. - issuing the registers of comments and keeping it up to date; -control over elimination of remarks on executive documentation by Contractors; -Analysis and systematization of identified violations/comments, issuing of an analytical reports.

Civil quality control of the Contractor at the Amursky GPP site Responsibilities: - quality control over the execution of construction and installation works, acceptance of completed facilities from subcontractors; -control of the progress of construction plans and schedules, compliance with the scope, quality of executed works, as well as the quality of materials, products, structures according to approved design and estimate documentation; - studying commited failure of deadlines and decrease of quality executing works, taking measures for their prevention and elimination; -participation in commissionings of executed works; -control over the quality of elimination defects by Contractors within the established deadlines; -Accounting of executed works and preparation the data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans.

Construction quality control of the General Contractor over the performance of works on reconstruction of the Aviator Highway within the framework of the city preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2018. - Verification of the actually performed scope of work for compliance with design and regulatory documentation; -incoming controle of materials for compliance with design and regulatory documentation; - verification and signing of acts and certificates of witnessing of executed works; - business correspondence within the scope of his competence, participation in technical meetings with the Client, designers, representatives of subcontractors; - issuance of none confirmed reports with control over their execution; - preparation of reports and maintenance of other documentation on construction quality control.

Construction control of the General Contractor over the execution of works on capital renovation of artificial structures on federal highways of the Krasnodar Region. - incoming control of design documentation issued by the Client; -control over the progress of construction plans, scope of volumes, terms and quality of materials used and their compliance with the approved design and estimate documentation; -Work with Client and subcontractors, designers, and other supervisory organizations; - control over compliance with the requirements of SNIP, GOST and technical regulations, production culture, health and safety requirements in the performance of construction and assembly works; -Coordination of work of departments and subordinate engineers at the sites (up to 40 persons); - conducting business correspondence with subcontractor organizations, Client, designers. - Participation in site meetings on optimization of technical solutions adopted in design and other issues of the organization and execution plan for construction.
