• Participate in projects as Chief Project Architect. • Participate in projects as a Software Architect for BI, BW, reporting and planning. • Development of architectural reports and analytical memos. • Provide architectural support and control for new project initiatives. • Prepare materials for architectural boards. • Monitor and approve change requests for existing systems. Major projects: • Participate in the implementation project for transfer data from the corporate ERP system to the consolidation system based on SAP BI as Chief Project Architect. • Participate in the project of development and implementation of a system for calculating the actual and forecasted operational efficiency of oil production wells based on SAP BW on HANA as Chief Project Architect. A pilot implementation was executed at one BE with positive results, and then subsequently rolled out to six additional BE over two waves. Currently, the system encompasses seven BE and serves up to a thousand users. Additional rollouts are scheduled. My responsibilities in the CPA role include: • Detailing and aligning functional requirements; • Organizing and participating in a development of the solution architecture; • Providing technical leadership to functional architects with a focus on areas such as infrastructure, integration, DWH/BW, BI, MDM, accounting, and production systems; • Coordinating and aligning an architecture and calculation methodologies with a requestor's specifications; • Providing architectural control of work and organizing of interaction with functional working groups (developers by functional area and methodologists) at all stages of a project; • Providing architectural control of the implementation and compliance with the approved functional requirements.
