Commissioning activities, including: ● Working on the preparation of spare parts, calculating min/max, find analog for obsolete instrument devices using Data Sheet document; ● Inspection of Instrument devices: Upon completion of the construction or commissioning work instrument devices will be inspected for damage, correct installation according to the standard, and normal operation. ● Functional testing of the system using Cause & Effect, Philosophy, I/O list documentation ● Worked on different types of issues, including project changes: in case of discrepancy between documentation and logic/physical work will be raised RFI's(request for information) to design engineering. ● Public Address and General Alarm(PAGA) by Industronic manufacture ● Preventive/Corrective instrument maintenance activities ● Knowledge with Fire & Gas detection and Process control system, including: Heat detectors, Fire detectors, IGS system(FM200 Inert gas suppression), Deluge system, HVAC SIP H2S gas detection system, Valves, Temperature, Flow, Level, Pressure control and indicators. • Instrument types and models: F&G detectors and controllers - Det-tronics(LS2000, Pirecl, X3301,AC100, EQP controller), Apollo(heat and smoke detector), Drager(gas detector), Sanco(deluge system with deluge valve/IGS), Kidde FM200, Vesda(high sensitive smoke detector), Fisher(valve actuator), Rotork(electric valve actuator), Emerson(pressure/level/flow transmitter).

● Verification and reconciliation of F&G and Process control devices with P&ID and Layout drawing; ● “Cold and Hot” Loop checking process; ● Reconciliation of sensors and devices with project documentation. For example: tag numbers, specifications, measurement ranges, expiration dates, serial numbers, calibration dates, etc.; ● In case of discrepancy between the documentation and the actual inform the project manager for making additional changes.; ● Inspection, commissioning and troubleshooting instrumentation devices and F&G equipment; ● Perform commissioning process, including electric power supply, troubleshooting of control and measuring devices and F&G equipment; ● Commissioning of level, flow, temperature and pressure control devices; ● Checking the correct operation of the system in the PLC written in the philosophy or in the "Causes & Effect" document by functional testing, for example: sensors are triggered, position of dampers, valves, HVAC systems, pump, Beacon and Speaker, power switch off etc.; ● Calibration of sensors and devices with a metrology specialist, commissioning and troubleshooting of input / output sensors, such as flow meters, level sensors, pressure sensors, fire and gas equipment and other final control element; ● Complete all relevant project documentation knowing knowledge of completion systems; ● Read, interpret and work from vendor documentation, project drawings, schematic diagrams and equipment manuals; ● Coordinate activities with other departments and staff; ● Establish positive working relationships with immediate supervision and personnel from other departments; ● Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written. Be able to follow oral and written instructions; ● Read, understand and follow Permit to Work procedures;

Maintenance and functional test of Fire & Gas system at the KTL and SGP (Tengizchevroil) plant in Tengiz(preparing permit to work document,checking cause & effect matrix,checking and forcing effect signals, deluge systems, including solenoid and XV valves, high and low pressure sensors and transmitters, checking signals between field devices and control panel; calibration and fixing problems of fire and gas detectors system of drager, general monitors, det-tronics, siemens, sieger, honeywell, • Calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation and automation devices including pressure(PT,DPT,Bourdon tube monometer), flow(DPT,Vertex,Magnetic and Coriolis flowmeter), temperature(RTD, Thermocouple), and level(DPT,Radar,Ultrasonic) transmitters, valves- actuators, positioners.

● F&G system - deluge testing of Fire & Gas systems(preparing permit to work documents, checking cause & effect document, forcing effect signals on Triconex Safety Systems,functional testing solenoid and XV valves, checking signals between field devices and control room; ● calibration and troubleshooting the pressure, flow, temperature, level devices problem and fire and gas detectors; ● installation and setting Detcon and BM25 gas alarm detectors;

● maintenance of jobs staff of the Department(computer security, storage database, installation and commissioning of networks); ● configure devices, input/output devices, cartridge refill; ● receiving a database of reports from the medical institution for processing and sending them to the head of the Department);
