While I am of -advanced age-, I am 65, totally without work is also not my thing. What I am looking for, being an Austrian, doing masterclasses in Appelstrudel and Sacher Torte, (can also be Italian, French, German or -Steakhouse- cuisine). And funny enough though being an Austrian, I have nearly 25 years experience in Russian cuisine, having had the best teacher there was, my mother in law... I have also given masterclasses for grown ups and children, both foreign and Russian nationals. At the Culinarion and other shows ( not in Moscow) I have been guest Chef. Or presenter of culinary products and done work in front of visitors and guests. In Thailang, Bangkok I have done a sucessful, month long, presentation for an Oktoberfest. In Houston, USA, I did a 2 month long, in front of the guest cooking and presentation, of South African cuisine. Promotions or demo cooking of Russian cuisine would also be something that falls well into my portfolio. I have a permanent residence permit for Russia. That means, if employed in Russia, I do need no work permit or any other fancy documents anymore. But that also means I have to be in Russia 180 days out of a year. So a promotion or pre opening-opening ( away from Russia) for up to 6 month would be great. Unfortunately more the law does not allow. I have done pre opening-opening Hotels and restaurants from ´0´in South Africa, Indonesia and Russia. Though I still hold and travel on an Austrian passport. Makes it easier to get Visa and other related travel and work documents. It is understood that I have a valid medical book and valid and up to date documentation that I have no alcohol and drug related issues. Also no psychological problems. Excellent knowledge of HACCP with experience of practical implementation rules and regulations.
