Project was delivered and released in time in condition of tight deadlines and additionally arisen restrictions.  Organized work of many departments to solve a problem, made negotiations with Site, HQ office, Accounting, IT and successfully solved it and arranged a proper and quick Release Chain Process;  Managed timely delivery of important HSE equipment that was in delay;  Managed Problematic Vendors;  Detected mistakes in Contracts and instructed Contracts Team on necessary actions;  Issued huge volumes of Release Notes for Bulk Materials with weight per package with three decimals;  Issued RNs which requires accuracy, high concentration and vigilance;  Detected and Prevented Incomplete Delivery multiple times;  Analyzed Reported by Contractor Docs of delivered 300 positions (commodity codes), found incompliances, correlated with Site and obliged Contractor to deliver pending production.  Perfectly tracked and maintained produced and delivered production of Bulk Materials (commodity codes and quantities);  Put in compliance previously wrongly released (by predecessor) huge amounts (about 3000 lines) of bulk materials. Found mistakes in commodity codes, amounts and weights and corrected them. It allowed us to solve long-lasting mismatch and put in compliance all of the accounts and invoices.
