"Kia" in the past;
- correcting the quantity of the vehicles which was recorded in
program for one working day;
- selecting of necessary staff and certification of them;
- reducing of the repair time and increasing of the average
check;
- creating new system of the quality control ;
- working with the insurance companies (negotiating, making
of the contracts, controlling of receivables); - changing the body shop storage;
- collaborating with "Audatex"(AudaPad Web). It was first attempt to get of the agreements on this platform.
Main achievements:
Unfortunately, I didn't have time for such a short period of time
to achieve all my goals, but I did what I could:
1) All the cars that were in the approval stages or waiting
repair were made and issued;
2) Customers complains have being dismantled and in each
case has being found acceptable solution to both sides;
3) In stock of the refinish materials discovered shortage,
which generated before I had came to this position. After my
intervention, the shortage has been eliminated;
4) At the time of my resignation in the body shop there were
only 6 cars in status "Waiting for parts". In my opinion the
main problem of this company was successfully solved.

structurally.
The main achievement from working in "Major auto" - it's an
experience that I'm using at my work now.
