Scope: 10 legal entities, statutory reporting (8 Chief accountants) and IFRS reporting, including market consolidation (8 specialists). - monthly closing schedule in accordance with group requirements - contracts review from tax risks point of view - group reporing developing model Achievement: proposed new R2R structure with cost saving over 25%, worked for this new structure completion. ------- Mar 2018- May 2019. Due to personal reasons had to be in St.Petersburg, performed freelance projects for private businesses: ------- 1) PROF.POINT - consulting, different finance and businesses projects for local clients, the biggest one is HYUNDAI. Participated as expert and adviser for projects: - audit of finance processes (AP, AR, Reporting), made analysis of current function and prepared list of recommendations and improvements. Audit of used systems and applications in Finance/Legal/Admin. 2) Mobil-service - private company, providing rent of premises for car service and car parking. - reviewed and audited current processes and identity `week' areas from controls point of view and priority list `to do' for improvements.
