Compensation and Benefits Manager, Deputy HR Director (3 direct reports)
- Develop compensation and benefits policies in accordance with company strategy; - Design employee plans, including health insurance, life and accidental death insurance, disability and travel insurance; - Research, analyze and develop modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organization needs; - Communicate relevant information to employees and answer compensation related questions; - Implement and maintain the job evaluation scheme, to maintain and update the salary database on regular basis; - Control the pay review procedure, including any procedure used to set pay levels, such as performance reviews; - Control headcount and overhead expenses; cost reduction and headcount optimization programs development; - Budgeting process, allocation and control of headcount and overhead plan figures to the regions/departments/cost centers; - Analyze, and make recommendations from the results of surveys and other pay information; - Ensure that administration of pay-roll and benefits are according to the P&P; - Advise line managers on individual salary treatment , compensations and benefits matters; - Ensure the security of HR database and personnel files and apply the information security and Confidentiality rules according to the Company standards and legislation requirement.

Compensation and Benefits Manager
Analyze fundamental concepts related to IBM's total compensation philosophy (i.e., differentiation, position evaluation, etc.) and the IBM benefits strategic focus areas.
