RESPONSIBILITIES: - Quantity of sku is more than 2000. – analyse, calculation, stock coverage, decrease of safety stocks, analyse of marketable and not-marketable goods, stock turnover, ABC, sales forecast; - Control of deliveries and shipments from Chinese warehouse logistic operator, circulation of documents, stock coverage, stock-taking; - Collaboration with suppliers: creation and signing the contracts, sending, confirmation and orders changes, optimization of supply chain, improve of suppliers scheduling performance; - Calculation of payments and control of balance with suppliers; - Short-term and long-term planning of budget; - SAP operations (MM, FI modules) SAVING PROJECTS: - Project for decrease safety stock of marketable goods which allowed to release free space for 350 pallets in the warehouse; - Joint project with the Sales Department for speed up of sale of non-marketable goods, which resulted in increase of turnover by an average of 12 million rubles per month and increase in the turnover ratio of inventories of the company; - Project for optimization of short-term and long-term budget forecast by using SAP which served to reduce the time spent by an average of 6 man-hours for the preparation and minimize errors; - Joint project with the Department of Transport logistics to optimize the loading of goods of Chinese suppliers in ports, change under the terms of Incoterms from FCA to FOB, reducing the risks of delivery of defective goods by an average of 30%.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - daily work with suppliers: negotiations, creation and signing the contracts, cost reduction, optimization supply chain, improve of suppliers scheduling performance, delivery terms; - placing orders for materials in time, control inventory stock coverage; - market monitoring; - search and exploration potential suppliers; - control of mutual settlement of accounts. ACHIEVEMENTS: - Conclusion of contracts with Polish suppliers of fittings; - Full supply chain management of delivery from Poland, savings compared to similar deliveries of Russian distributors amounted to 20%

RESPONSIBILITIES: - production planning of Togliatty plant. Formation weekly production plan, control of production, correction depending on sales by fact; - planning orders for Ferrero products (Milk Slice, Kinder Penguin, etc.). Formation and placing weekly order, control of production and loading in time, correction depending on sales by fact; - maintenance high level of customer service (CSL); - check food products beyond its shelf life; - analyse reasons of customer service level not in target; - notify risks of food products beyond its shelf life and low customers service level. SAVING PROJECTS: - Project for increase production volumes of Togliatti plant because of optimal sequence production, which resulted in an additional 70 tons of products per week and reduced changeover time on production lines; - Joint work with the Deployment Department for improve the distribution of products with certain expiration dates to all key account customers, which allowed to reduce the quantity of expired unrealized products by 10%; - Joint project with the Deployment Department to optimize the calculation of the production order through a detailed analysis of the number of expired products in all distribution centers, reducing the number of expired unrealized products by 5%; - Project to reduce inventory by 200 pallets of Ferrero products as a result of the analysis of potential risks and the number of expired products in all distribution centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - analytical demand raw and packing planning, inventory stock coverage by 350 SKUs (bottles, performs, caps, labels, outercases, stickers, films, cartons, etc.); - daily work with suppliers: creation and signing the contracts, passports of deal, sending, confirmation and orders changes, optimization supply chain, improve of suppliers scheduling performance; - placing orders for packing and raw materials in time, control inventory stock coverage in SAP; - work with forwarders: place requests for transportation, check delivery in time, improve scheduling performance; - planning production lines for Liquids and Syndets, Bottle Blowing Machines by Marketing Development Organization’s requirements. SAVING PROJECTS: - Project for increase production volumes of Liquids for 200 msu per month due to reduction numbers of changeovers of finished products; - Joint work with Project Department for cost reduction of dosing balls for Dreft due to work on more productive capacity equipment saving 2000 $ per month; - project for cost reduction of utilization old packing materials during re-branding or change of designs for 300000 rubles on average per month ; - project for reduction performs and caps inventory safety stocks for free space for 500 pallets due to optimization of delivery quantities; - Joint project with the Purchasing Department to reduce the inventory of cases by 2000 pallets as a result of reduced production time and delivery times by change for alternative local supplier; - Project for control the preliminary readiness of new packaging materials for delivery, minimizing the risks of breakdown the start of production of new products of the company.
