SKU – over 25000, suppliers – over 2000, at one time working with 15-40 Suppliers;

• Startup of the Home Entertainment department, draw up business processes for the new Department, 1S ERP data (bill of material, items, barcodes, reports and other) set up. • DVD volumes production planning to meet DVD’S launch dates, Annual operations plan and sales pre-orders, new SKU launch, orders placement to the factory for DVD and packaging, delivery and payment control; • PO creation and data support 1S ERP and SAP;

Supply chain software installation and support: data collection and verification, customer interviews,business processes draw up, presentations to the customer of the expert solution and software Projects: SCM solutions for companies - BBH, SABMiller, Oil Company, JTI, other.

• Drawing up the Production and Shipments plans for 2 Beer Brewing factories (daily, weekly and monthly) to meet the Company Budget and consider factories facilities; • Capacity requirement planning, Stock planning; • KPI reports.

Sales planning and shipments activities for the Soft Drinks Plant (Irn Bru brand): demand forecasting, order processing (Regional and Moscow wholesalers); payments and shipments control; participation in food exhibitions.
